Abstract
Kawasan mangrove di sekitar ITS bagian dari pamurbaya terdapat pada Kelurahan Keputih Kecamatan Sukolilo yang mengalami gangguan akibat agrikultur dan aquakultur. Pada kawasan tersebut, Rhizophora stylosa merupakan jenis tumbuhan mangrove mayor yang dominan dengan nilai proporsi yang tinggi. Salah satu ancaman bagi pertumbuhan Rhizophora stylosa adalah kerusakan daun oleh serangga herbivora, untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanannya terhadap serangga herbivora dilakukan pengamatan morfologi daun, uji kandungan nitrogen daun, dan pengukuran intensitas kerusakan daun. Pengukuran sampel daun yang diambil pada dua tipe habitus yaitu pancang dan pohon. Komposisi serangga herbivora pada area mangrove kampus ITS di dominasi oleh Delias periboea, Euthochtha galeator, Metcalva sp dan Neptis hylas. Jumlah daun yang rusak dan intensitas kerusakan daun pada R. stylosa lebih banyak pada habitus pohon. Korelasi antara jumlah kerusakan daun dengan kandungan nitrogen daun adalah tidak signifikan, baik pada habitus pancang (r = 0,456 , p = 0,21) dan pohon dengan nilai (r = 0,018 , p = 0,96). Hubungan antara intensitas kerusakan daun dengan kandungan nitrogen daun menunjukan korelasi tidak signifikan baik pada habitus pohoni (r = 0,278 , p = 0,46) dan habitus pancang (r = 0,246 , p = 0,52).

Mangrove area around ITS part of pamurbaya is found in Keputih Sub-District, Sukolilo District, which is experiencing interference due to agriculture and aquaculture. In that area, Rhizophora stylosa is a dominant major mangrove species with a high proportion value. One of the threats to the growth of Rhizophora stylosa is leaf damage by herbivorous insects, to determine the level of susceptibility to herbivorous insects, leaf morphology observations, leaf nitrogen content testing, and measurement of leaf damage intensity. Measurement of leaf samples taken on two types of habitus namely saplings and trees. The composition of herbivorous insects in the ITS campus mangrove area was dominated by Delias periboea, Euthochtha galeator, Metcalva sp and Neptis hylas. The number of damaged leaves and the intensity of leaf damage in R. stylosa is more in tree habitus. The correlation between the amount of leaf damage and leaf nitrogen content was not significant, both on sapling habitus (r = 0.456, p = 0.21) and trees with values (r = 0.018, p = 0.96). The relationship between the intensity of leaf damage with leaf nitrogen content showed no significant correlation both in tree habitus (r = 0.278, p = 0.46) and sapling habitus (r = 0.246, p = 0.52).
