Abstract

Pada sistem transmisi mobil Nogogeni V menggunakan tipe penggerak satu roda dimana poros roda terhubung langsung dengan gearbox yang mentransmisikan putaran dari engine melalui rantai dan sproket. Sistem pemindah tenaga ini terdapat permasalahan diantaranya saat mobil kondisi akselerasi sering terjadi slip pada roda Melalui tugas akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan ulang sistem transmisi pada mobil Nogogeni Urban Etanol. Analisis ini difokuskan pada poros reducer pada sistem drivetrain nogogeni urban ethanol tipe rantai dan sprocket bertingkat Pada perencanannya, diawali dengan studi literatur dan observasi lapangan. Setelah itu, dilakukan pengambilan data dan perencanaan. Perencanaan meliputi perhitungsn daya, perhitungan elemen mesin pada komponen pasak, poros, dan bearing

The Nogogeni V car transmission system uses a one-wheel drive type where the wheel shaft is connected directly to the gearbox which transmits rotation from the engine through chains and sprocket. This power transfer system has problems such as when the acceleration condition of the car often slips on the wheel and the left main chassis flexes when exposed to the pull load from the wheel. Through this final project, the transmission system of the Nogogeni Urban Ethanol car will be recalculated. This analysis is focused on the reducer shaft on the urban nogogenic drivetrain system chain type and multilevel sprocket In planning, it begins with literature studies and field observations.
