Abstract

Telah dihasilkan simulator aktuator berpenggerak pneumatik dan elektrik sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran. Keberadaan alat peraga sangatlah diperlukan agar kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih baik. dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah simulator ini. Dalam pembuatan simulator ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu simulator bagian control valve dan simulator bagian solenoid valve. Pada bagian simulator control valve menggunakan fluida kerja udara bertekanan dari kompresor dan didapatkan nilai dari bukaan valve dan flow yang mengalir melaluinya sedangkan untuk simulator solenoid valve menggunakan relay sebagai penggeraknya. Dari percobaan yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui karakteristik dari valve yang digunakan. Hasil dari percobaan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa bukaan valve 0% didapat flow sebesar 0 liter/menit dan pada 100% bukaan valve didapat flow sebesar 10,67 liter/menit perubahan tekanan yang diberikan berbanding lurus dengan bukaan valve dan flow sehingga karakteristiknya adalah linear. Pada bagian simulator solenoid valve didapatkan bahwa solenoid valve hanya memiliki dua kondisi yaitu membuka 0% dan 100% sehingga solenoid valve memiliki karakteristik quick opening. ===========================================================================================================================
Pneumatic and electric actuator simulators have been produced as learning support media. The existence of teaching aids is very necessary so that teaching and learning activities for the better. from this problem, this simulator was made. In making this simulator is divided into two parts, namely the control valve simulator and the solenoid valve simulator. In the control valve simulator using the working fluid pressurized air from the compressor and the value of the valve opening and flow that flows through it while for the solenoid valve simulator uses a relay as a propulsion. From the experiments that have been done it can be seen the characteristics of the valve used. The results of experiments that have been carried out found that the valve opening 0% obtained flow of 0 liters / minute and at 100% valve openings obtained flow of 10.67 liters / minute the pressure change applied is directly proportional to the valve and flow openings so that its characteristics are linear. In the simulator part, the solenoid valve found that the solenoid valve only has two conditions, namely opening 0% and 100% so that the solenoid valve has the characteristics of a quick opening
