Abstract

In this final task has been created a FAT and SNF content detection tool in milk using LDR sensors and lactometer measuring instruments named Milk Analyzer. With the help of LED light, beam light that passes through milk on the tube will be disenned by LDR to produce FAT value resulting in the value of voltage, FAT value is obtained based on the reference of the specified voltage value. The Lacometer measuring instrument is read manually so that it gets the CLR value, so that from the FAT and CLR readings can result in the SNF value through the formulation. The purpose of this final task is expected that cattle farmers can pay attention to the quality of milk circulating in order to be protected. From the results of ultramilk milk samples obtained LDR sensor readings have an average correction value of 0.10 on the FAT readings 4%, correction value 0.24 on FAT readings 6% and average correction 0.46 at 10% readings.
