Abstract
============================================================================================================================================
Road users must prioritize High Priority Vehicles (HPV) in accordance with existing regulations. HPV has emergency and important needs, thus HPV needs to get to the destination in a short time, for example firefighters that are carrying out tasks, ambulances, etc. Unfortunately, traffic problems, such as traffic jams that often occur in big cities cause HPV to be hampered in getting toward their destination. Therefore, an Android-based navigation system is developed to guide HPV to choose the fastest route from the location to get to a specific destination based on traffic competencies. A traffic light system is also built, where information from the android application will trigger the traffic lights to let HPV pass the intersection directly. It is expected that with this system, HPV can reach the destination in a shorter travel time.
