Abstract

Alat yang telah dibangun adalah plan simulator pengemasan minuman dengan kendali PLC. Dalam alat ini, PLC akan mendapat 5 input dari 3 sensor foto elektrik dan 2 push button untuk mengendalikan 4 output yang terdiri dari motor konveyor, solenoid valve, dan 2 buah DCV. Sistem terdiri dari 2 proses, yaitu pengisian dan sealing. Pada proses pengisian menggunakan solenoid valve untuk mengatur keluaran air dan didapat rata-rata waktu yang berbeda tergantung dari volume air dalam tangki. Dan pada proses sealing dilengkapi dengan sistem pneumatik untuk penggeraknya. DCV1 untuk menggerakkan pengunci yang telah dipasang piston dan DCV2 untuk sealing yang juga dipasang piston. Kompresor yang digunakan hanya mampu mensuplai tekanan hingga 90 psi. Untuk pengujian sealing dilakukan rentang tekanan 20 psi hingga 90 psi dengan 5 kali pengulangan pada setiap tekanannya. Piston pengunci dapat bekerja secara maksimal pada tekanan 40 psi dan piston sealer hanya bekerja 12,5 cm di tekanan 90 psi

The tool that has been built is a simulator plan for beverage packaging with PLC control. In this tool, the PLC will get 5 inputs from 3 electric photo sensors and 2 push buttons to control 4 outputs consisting of a conveyor motor, solenoid valve, and 2 DCV pieces. The system consists of 2 processes, namely filling and sealing. In the filling process use a solenoid valve to regulate the output of water and obtain different average times depending on the volume of water in the tank. And the sealing process is equipped with a pneumatic system for the drive. DCV1 to move the lock that has been installed by the piston and DCV2 for sealing which is also mounted by the piston. The compressor used is only able to supply pressure up to 90 psi. For sealing testing the pressure range is 20 psi to 90 psi with 5 repetitions at each pressure. The locking piston can work optimally at a pressure of 40 psi and the piston sealer only works 12.5 cm at a pressure of 90 psi.
