Abstract
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan pengukuran serta perbandingan nilai getaran pada block bearing dan pengujian dynotest pada mobil Nogogeni V. Proses yang dilakukan adalah pengukuran hasil nilai getaran dan daya yang dihasilkan pada block bearing Nogogeni V dengan variasi ban tipe FDR Sport MP27 dan ban tipe FDR Sport MP27 Competition menggunakan metode vibration meter dan chassis dynamometer. Proses pengukuran nilai getaran pada block bearing dilakukan dari arah vertical dan arah horizontal dan menggunakan 7 variasi kecepatan putar roda. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran getaran data hasil pengukuran nilai getaran pada block bearing mobil Nogogeni V lalu dilakukan perbandingan, Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran getaran yang diperoleh, maka dapat diketahui nilai amplitude (acceleration, velocity, dan displacement) pada variasi ban yang digunakan. Pada ban tipe FDR Sport MP27 dan FDR Sport MP27 Competition hasil nilai amplitude arah pengukuran vertikal mengalami kenaikan sampai 5000 rpm kemudian mengalami penurunan, sedangkan hasil nilai amplitude arah pengukuran horizontal cenderung terus meningkat hingga pada nilai tertingginya di 8000 rpm. Pengukuran yang telah dilakukan pada ban tipe FDR Sport MP27 Competition menunjukkan nilai power yang lebih tinggi dan nilai amplitude yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ban tipe FDR Sport MP27.

In this Final Project, measurements and comparisons of vibration values on block bearings and dynotest tests on Nogogeni V cars are measured. The process is measuring the results of vibration and power values generated on Nogogeni V block bearings with variations of FDR Sport MP27 tires and FDR Sport tires MP27 Competition uses the vibration meter method and chassis dynamometer. The process of measuring the vibration value on a block bearing is carried out from the vertical and horizontal directions and uses 7 variations of the wheel rotational speed. After measuring the vibrations of the data, the results of the measurement of vibration values on the block bearing of the Nogogeni V car were then compared, Based on the results of the vibration measurements obtained, it can be seen the amplitude value (acceleration, velocity, and displacement) in the variation of the tire used. In the MP27 FDR Sport and MP27 Competition FDR Sport type the amplitude of the vertical measurement direction increases to 5000 rpm then decreases, while the amplitude value of the horizontal measurement direction tends to increase until the highest value is at 8000 rpm. The measurements that have been made on the FDR Sport MP27 Competition tires show higher power values and lower amplitude values compared to the FDR Sport MP27 type tires.
