Abstract

Peneliti akan menganalisa tentang kajian proses fabrikasi dan uji coba kinerja simulator gempa 2 axis berdasar optimasi proses pemesinan. Proses pemesinan merupakan suatu proses untuk menciptakan produk melalui tahapan–tahapan dari bahan baku untuk diubah menjadi sebuah kompenen. Komponen itu sendiri dibuat dengan spesikasi dan bentuk khusus sesuai dengan kebutuhan teknik. Berdasarkan hasil proses fabrikasi simulator gempa 2 axis yang sudah diproduksi dapat dikategorikan layak produksi. Perancangan simulator gempa 2 axis dengan menggunakan metode perambatan gelombang baik terhadap sumbu X maupun sumbu Y pada permukaan bidang datar setelah melalui berbagai metode uji salah satunya adalah ballbartest yang mampu menjamin kompatibilitas dan interoperabilitasnya. Hasil Inspection yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa simulator gempa 2 axis memenuhi stadart proses permesinan.Simulator gempa 2 axis secara teknis proses pemesinannya dan produksinyalayak untuk dipakai dilapangan sesuai fungsi dan kerjanya.

The researcher will analyze the fabrication process study and test the performance of the 2 axis earthquake simulator based on the optimization of the machining process. The machining process is a process for creating products through the stages of raw materials to be converted into a component. The component itself is made with specific specifications and shapes according to technical requirements. Based on the results of the fabrication process of the 2 axis earthquake simulator that has been produced can be categorized as feasible production. The design of a 2 axis earthquake simulator using the wave propagation method both on the X axis and Y axis on a flat plane surface after going through various test methods one of which is ballbartest which is able to guarantee compatibility and interoperability. Inspection results have shown that the 2 axis earthquake simulator meets the machining process standard. The 2 axis earthquake simulator is technically the machining process and the product is suitable for use in the field according to its function and work.
