Abstract
Pelumasan merupakan hal yang paling penting didalam kinerja suatu mesin. untuk mengetahui umur pakai minyak pelumas Fully Synthetic SN 0W-20 pada motor matik. Dengan tujuan pengiritan di perawatan motor khususnya dalam pelumasan. Dimana bila menggunakan minyak pelumas standarnya direkomendasikan mengganti setiap 2000-3000 km. Dengan pengujian nilai viskositas dan TBN (total base number) di jarak 0 km, 2500 km dan 3000 km. Pengujian minyak pelumas berdasarkan viskositas kinematik dan TBN ini dimulai dengan menggunakan minyak pelumas dengan jarak tempuh 2500 km, kemudian melakukan pengujian viskositas dan TBN pada jarak 0 km dan 2500 km. Dilanjutkan pemakaian minyak pelumas dengan jarak tempuh 3000 km, kemudian melakukan pengujian tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan pengaruh jarak tempuh terhadap viskositas kinematik akan semakin turun dari 50,34 cSt (0 km), turun menjadi 47,27 cSt pada 2500 km dan 46,14 cSt pada 3000 km. Nilai basanya juga semakin turun dari 7,66 mgKOH/g (0 km), 6,23 mgKOH/g (2500 km) dan 5,95 mgKOH/g (3000 km). Jarak tempuh maksimum minyak pelumas tersebut berdasarkan viskositas mencapai 12278 km dan TBN mencapai 10035 km.

Lubrication is the most important in the performance of a machine. To find out the useful life of Fully Synthetic SN 0W-20 on automatic motorcycles. With the aim of irritation the motorcycles is maintained especially in lubrication. When using the standard lubrication oil it is recommended to replace every 2000-3000 km. by testing the kinematic viscosity and TBN values at a distance of 0 km, 2500 km and 3000 km. Testing of lubricating oil based on kinematic viscosity and TBN begins by using lubricating oil with a distance of 2500 km. Then testing kinematic viscosity and TBN at a distance of 0 km and 2500 km. Continued use of lubrication with a distance of 3000 km, and then testing kinematic viscosity and TBN. Cloncluded that the effect of the distance to kinematic viscosity will decrease further from 50,34 cSt (0 km), down to 47,27 cSt at 2500 km and 46,14 cSt at 3000 km. Value of base goes down from 7,66 mgKOH/g, down to 6,23 mgKOH/g at 2500 km and 5,95 mgKOH/g at 3000 km. The maximum distance of the lubrication based on viscosity kinematic is 12278 km and at the TBN is 10035 km.
