Abstract
Setiap proyek konstruksi adalah unik. Situasi kondisi serta kasus yang terjadi disetiap proyek memiliki ciri khas masing-masing yang menuntut kontraktor untuk berfikir kreatif. Kontraktor yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek konstruksi pada umumnya sangat mengharapkan proyek berjalan sesuai dengan rencana tanpa adanya keterlambatan. Salah satu penyebab keterlambatan proyek tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya produktivitas pekerja. Kota Malang sebagai tempat dipilihnya penilitian ini dikarenakan telah ada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas produktivitas pekerja di Kota Malang yang menyebabkan keterlambatan Pengaruh Lingkungan Termal Pada Produktivitas Pekerja Konstruksi Studi kasus Kota Malang-Batu Faktor- Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Pekerja Pada Pengerjaan Atap Baja Ringan Di Perumahan Green Hills Malang dan Malang sendiri memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan kota lain yaitu Keadaan iklim dan cuacanya juga para kontraktor yang cenderung lebih banyak menggunakan pekerja setempat karena kesulitan mencari pekerja dari luar kota Malang yang mungkin lebih baik kesulitan tersebut karena pekerja konstruksi cenderung bekerja di Kota Surabaya yang upah kerjanya lebih besar. Untuk itu penulis melakukan penelitian ini agar mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor produktivitas terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey snowball dengan pengambilan data sampel yang mengukur persepsi responden dengan skala Likert. Kuisioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang indikator variabel produktivitas pekerja disebarkan kepada mandor pengawas dan pemilik kontraktor yang melakukan pembangunan rumah tinggal di Kota Malang. Dengan menggunakan metode stepwise regression melalui partial correlation diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor produktivitas kerja yaitu jumlah remunerasi faktor eksternal yang berupa faktor termal disiplin kerja dan penciptaan kompetisi adalah faktor .yang berpengaruh dengan kontribusi 798 terhadap kemungkinan keterlambatan proyek pembangunan rumah tinggal di Kota Malang. =========== Every construction project is unique. Situation condition and the incident cases in every project has a unique characteristic that requires the contractor to think creatively. Contractors involved in a construction project are expecting the project goes as planned without any delay. One of the project delay causes is labor productivity. Malang as the place chosen for this research because there has been some previous research that the productivity of workers in Malang which causes delays Thermal Environmental Effect On The Productivity of Construction Labor case studies Malang - Batu Factors Affecting Labor Productivity At Work on Lightweight Roof In Green Hills Malang. Malang City as the place chosen for this research due to have different characteristics from other cities namely The state of climate and weather the contractors also to use local workers because of difficulty finding workers from outside the city of Malang is probably better because of the difficulty of construction workers tend to work in Surabaya which his wages greater. Because of that the authors conducted this research to determine the relationship of productivity factors for delay completion of the project. This research was conducted by survey with a snowball sample data collection that measures respondents perceptions of the Likert scale. Questionnaire containing questions about labor productivity indicator variable distributed to foremen supervisors and owners of contractors who undertake construction of residential houses in the city of Malang. By using the method of stepwise regression via partial correlation result that labor productivity factors are the amount of remuneration external factors such as thermal factors work discipline and the creation of competition are influential factors contributing 79.8 to the possibility of delays in the construction of residential projects in Malang.
