Abstract
Robotic Box Palletizer merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk memetakan box karton pada pallet dengan sistem otomasi terintegrasi. Mesin ini terdiri dari beberapa sistem, salah satunya adalah konveyor roller box yang digunakan untuk mengantarkan box dari konveyor modular menuju konveyor placing pallet. Pada saat mesin Robotic Box Palletizer mengalami gangguan di bagian tertentu, maka operasi mesin harus diberhentikan. Selain itu, saat operasi mesin berhenti, konveyor incline modular yang merupakan bagian dari konveyor modular pada line 3 tetap beroperasi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan antrean box yang panjang di area konveyor roller box. Antrean tersebut dapat menyebabkan box saling berhimpit sehingga dapat merusak box. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah suatu sistem prioritas picking box, yaitu dengan menambahkan program PLC. Sistem ini akan memprioritaskan line konveyor roller box yang jumlah sensor fotoelektriknya mendeteksi box lebih banyak dibandingkan line lainnya. Sensor fotoelektrik tipe GTE6-P4212 dan GL6-P4212 adalah sensor yang digunakan pada konveyor roller box untuk mengetahui keberadaan box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengatasi antrean box yang panjang di area konveyor roller box. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada saat pengujian, di mana line 3 lebih dominan dalam frekuensi picking box-nya, dengan rata-rata sebesar 41%.

The Robotic Box Palletizer is a machine used to arrange carton boxes on a pallet through an integrated automation system. This machine consists of several systems, one of which is the roller box conveyor, used to transport boxes from the modular conveyor to the pallet-placing conveyor. When the Robotic Box Palletizer experiences a disruption in a certain section, machine operation must be stopped. In addition, when machine operation stops, the incline modular conveyor, which is part of the modular conveyor on line 3, continues to operate. This can cause a long queue of boxes in the roller box conveyor area. Such queuing can cause boxes to overlap with one another, potentially damaging them. Therefore, a box-picking priority system was developed by adding a PLC program. This system prioritizes the roller box conveyor line whose photoelectric sensors detect a greater number of boxes compared to other lines. The GTE6-P4212 and GL6-P4212 photoelectric sensors are used on the roller box conveyor to detect the presence of boxes. The test results show that the system is able to resolve long box queues in the roller box conveyor area. This is demonstrated by the test results, in which line 3 showed a more dominant box-picking frequency, with an average of 41%.
