Abstract
Mesin Bag Case Packer (BCP) merupakan mesin pengemasan dari kantung produk ke karton secara otomatis. Dalam pengoperasian mesin otomatis dibutuhkan manajemen sistem untuk dapat bekerja dengan baik dan benar. Permasalahan yang dapat terjadi pada mesin BCP misalnya seperti produk over flow. Produk over flow merupakan kondisi ketika alir produk menjadi berlebihan dikarenakan jarak antar produk yang terlalu dekat maupun karena luapan produk. Solusi untuk mengatasi over flow adalah dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen produk over flow. Sistem tersebut terdiri dari sistem interlock dan sistem pereposisi yang dibuat dengan pengaturan program PLC menggunakan perangkat lunak Sysmac Studio. Sistem interlock merupakan pengaturan mesin agar ketika mesin BCP mati, sistem akan mengirimkan sinyal ke relay dan kemudian mematikan konveyor pengantar dan mesin pengisi produk. Sistem pereposisi merupakan perancangan agar dapat mendeteksi produk yang terlalu berimpit menggunakan sensor cahaya dan fungsi pewaktu PLC. Ketika sistem mendeteksi produk berimpit pneumatik akan merubah jalur produk dan konveyor reposisi akan aktif. Pada sistem manajemen produk over flow user dapat memilih untuk mode manual, otomatis, maupun mati dengan selector switch pada panel mesin serta dibantu dengan pengaturan dari HMI (Human Machine Interface). Hasil dari Proyek Akhir ini adalah dapat meninkatkan proses produksi dan kerja mesin BCP sebesar 7,65 %. Indikasi tersebut terbukti karena tidak ada produk over flow lagi. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pembuatan sistem interlock dan sistem reposisi produk telah berjalan dengan baik.

Bag Case Packer (BCP) machinery is a packaging machine from product bags to cartons automatically. In the operation of automatic machines, management systems are needed to work properly and correctly. Problems that can occur on a BCP engine such as over flow products. Over flow product is a condition when the product flow becomes excessive due to the distance between products that are too close or because of product overflow. The solution to overcome over flow is to use an over flow product management system. The system consists of an interlock system and a repositioner system made by setting up a PLC program using Sysmac Studio software. The interlock system is an engine arrangement so that when the BCP engine is off, the system will send a signal to the relay and then turn off the conveyor and the consumer machine. repositioner system is a design so that it can detect products that are too close using a light sensor and PLC timer function. When the system detects pneumatic products, it will change product lines and repositioning conveyors will be actived. In the over flow product management system, users can choose to manually, automatically, or run off with a switch selector on the engine panel and supported by the arrangement of the HMI (Human Machine Interface). The results of this Final Project are able to increase the production process and work of the BCP machine by 7.65%. This indication is proven because there are no over flow products. So that it can be said that the manufacture of interlock systems and product repositioner systems has been going well.
