Abstract

Mobil hemat energi mempunyai arti bahwa dengan memberikan gaya dorong yang kecil mampu menempuh jarak yang jauh. Salah satu faktor untuk menghemat konsumsi bahan bakar pada mobil Nogogeni yakni planetary gear yang cukup mengurangi kerugian energi dengan meliputi perhitungan dimensi dan menghasilkan gambar teknik yang siap untuk dibuat planetary gear. Perencanaan planetary gear pada mobil Nogogeni V Evo ini dimulai dengan menghitung reduksi yang dibutuhkan mobil Nogogeni, menghitung reduksi planetary gear dan menghitung dimensinya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, mobil Nogogeni V Evo membutuhkan reduksi sebesar 1 : 5.6 dan reduksi planetary gear ialah sebesar 1 : 3. Diperoleh dimensi planetary gear. Dimana jumlah gigi sun sebanyak 28 dengan diameter 56 mm. Jumlah gigi planet sebanyak 14 dengan diameter 28 mm dan jumlah gigi ring sebanyak 56 dengan diameter 112 mm. Sedangkan modul, sudut tekan, addendum, dedendum, dan lebar gigi nilainya sama yakni 2 mm, 20o, 0.08 in, 0.10 in dan 5.544 mm.
