Abstract
Penilaian dari peningkatan hasil kerja guru dinilai melalui proses sertifikasi guru.
Dengan bantuan teknologi informasi yang sedang berkembang maka dibuatlah aplikasi yang
dapat membantu proses sertifikasi guru dan memberikan informasi mengenai poin-poin yang
mejadi titik lemah guru. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk membantu mendapatkan hasil
yang cepat dan memberikan evaluasi nilai sertifikasi dan dashboard mengenai titik lemah para
guru dimana nantinya bisa menjadi pertimbangan pihak sekolah untuk melakukan programprogram
peningkatan. Dalam membuat sistem ini dilakukan analisa kebutuhan sekolah untuk
mendapatkan data dan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan untuk merancang sistem yang diinginkan.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping, dimana setelah kebutuhan sekolah
diperoleh dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah maka dilakukan
pemodelan dari informasi yang telah diterima. Untuk mendukung pemodelan data, di
rancanglah sebuah purwarupa aplikasi yang dapat diakses oleh user. Aplikasi ini dituangkan
dalam platform web dan pengolahan data yang diterima menggunakan sistem pendukung
sederhana yaitu metode skoring. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih
efisien dan cepat untuk menampilkan hasil sertifikasi guru dan dashboard yang memberikan
informasi bagi pihak sekolah untuk melakukan program-program peningkatan. ========== Teacher’s certification is a process to assess the teacher’s performance improvement.
In this research a prototype of an application an application is developed to assist the teacher’s
certification process and also to provide the information with respect to the teacher’s
weakness point. The aim of the application is to shorten the time spent by the teacher to
receive the certification result and score evaluation. The first step in developing the system,
the needs of the school is analysed and data and information regarding the certification
process is gathered. The method that is used in designing the system is prototyping method,
where modeling is done after the school needs and other information is obtain by interviewing
the school authority. The application is designed that can be accessed by the user is designed
to support the data modeling. This application is developed on a web platform and uses a
simple support system to process the data i.e. scoring method system. This application is
expected to provide the more efficient and fast result. In addition, the application also
provides a dashboard that displays the teachers’ weakness points that need to be considered by
the school authority to plan the teacher’s development programs.
