Abstract
Jembatan Ciwaringin merupakan jembatan yang terletak di
kota Cirebon. Jembatan yang memiliki lebar jembatan 9 meter
dan bentang terpanjang 16 meter ini saya gunakan sebagai objek
tugas akhir saya. Tugas akhir ini mencoba memberikan alternatif
lain dalam metode perbaikan struktur jembatan.
Perkutan menggunakan CFRP merupakan solusi paling
efektif untuk perkuatan struktur besi, seperti jembatan baja, dan
tower baja. CFRP memiliki beberapa keuntungan yaitu memiliki
berat yang ringan, tahan terhadap korosi, tidak memerlukan alat
berat pada saat pemasangan.
Carbon Fiber Reinfoced Plastic (CFRP) memiliki sifat fisik
yang sangat bagus dengan kekuatan tarik dan modulus elastisitas
lebih dari 1200 MPa dan 450 GPa. Dengan kekuatan yang
sebesar itu CFRP hanya memiliki berat kurang dari seperlima
berat baja dan juga tahan terhadap korosi.

Menggunakan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP)” pada
tugas akhir ini menggunakan CFRP Design Guidelines dari
North Carolina State University sebagai panduan dalam
perhitungan kekuatan struktur. RSNI T-02-2005 dan SNI 2833-
2013 sebagai standar pembebanan jembatan.

Ciwaringin bridge is a bridge that is located in the city of
Cirebon. The bridge, which has a width of 9 meters and a span
bridge 16 meters. I use this bridge as my final project object. The
final project is trying to provide another alternative in repairing
bridge structure methods.
Strengthening using CFRP is the most effective solution for
retrofitting metal structures, such as steel bridges, and steel
tower. CFRP has several advantages that has a light weight,
corrosion resistant, and does not require heavy equipment during
installation.
Carbon Fiber Reinfoced Plastic (CFRP) has a very good
physical properties with tensile strength and modulus of elasticity
of more than 1200 MPa and 450 GPa. With the strength of the
CFRP only weighs less than one-fifth the weight of steel and is
also resistant to corrosion.
Design of composite steel beam bridge retrofitting Using
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) in this final project
using CFRP Design Guidelines from North Carolina State
University as a guide in the strength calculation of the
strengthened structure. RSNI T-02-2005 and SNI 2833-2013 as
the standard loading bridge
