Abstract

Transportasi didefisinikan sebagai kegiatan pemindahan
penumpang dan barang dari suatu tempat satu ketempat yang
lainnya yang didalamnya terdapat unsur pergerakan (movement).
Pada kota yang sedang berkembang dengan sarana dan prasarana
transportasi yang baik bisa semakin mendukung kegiatan
mobilitas ekonomi kota tersebut. Dalam hal ini kami mencoba
merencanakan model sistem transportasi bus yang melewati kota
Pasuruan dengan sistem bus stop (shelter) sebagai alternatif
pengganti terminal bus yang kurang optimal. Akan ada
perencanaan sistem dengan membangun beberapa bus stop
(shelter) di tempat-tempat yang strategis di jalur lalu lintas bus.
Proses perencanaan sistem ini dimulai dengan survey
penentuan titik lokasi. Dimana lokasi tersebut akan dilakukan
survey jumlah bis, penumpang naik turun dan volume lalu lintas.
Analisa volume lalu lintas untuk mengetahui nilai degree of
saturation (DS) eksisting tahun 2014, saat awal sistem
dioperasikan dan umur rencana yaitu pada tahun 2019. Analisa
nilai DS dilakukan dengan perumusan MKJI 1997, dan sebagai
pertumbuhan kendaraan didapat data dari PDRB kota Pasuruan.
Untuk analisa terhadap bis dilakukan perhitungan headway dan frekuensi. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan bus stop (shelter)
mengacu pada panduan perencanaan dari Belfast Irlandia utara.
Hasil perencanaan diperoleh 18 (delapan belas) titik bus
stop (shelter) pada semua rute. Analisa moda dari perhitungan
didapat nilai headway eksisting bis midi 9 menit dan bis standart
5 menit. Tahun 2019 headway bis midi 4,62 menit dan bis stadart
2,50 menit. Frekuensi berdasar perhitungan eksisting didapat bis
midi 3 kend/jam dan bis standart 5 kend/jam. Tahun 2019 didapat
frekuensi bis midi 6 kend/jam dan bis standar 10 kend/jam. Hasil
analisa volume kendaraan eksisting (2014) didapat nilai DS
tertinggi untuk rute Surabaya-Probolinggo pada titik E (Tapa’an)
ruas jalan Jl.Pattimura – Jl.Ir.H.Juanda dipuncak sore yaitu 0,536.
Pada tahun pertama setelah dioperasikannya sitem yaitu tahun
2014 dilokasi yang sama diperoleh DS terbesar 0,654, dan juga
pada umur rencana (2019) di titik yang tetap diperoleh DS 0,738.

economic mobility. In this case the author tries to plan a bus
transportation system model that passes through the town of
Pasuruan with system bus stop (shelter ) as an alternative to the
bus terminal is less than optimal. There will be a planning system
by building several bus stops ( shelters ) in strategic places in the
traffic lane bus.
The planning process begins with a survey system
