Abstract
Rumah Pompa Kali Kedurus merupakan rumah pompa
yang melayani sistem drainase Kali Kedurus Rayon Wiyung,
Surabaya. Sistem drainase Kali Kedurus melayani 1 saluran primer
Kali Kedurus dengan panjang 9.894,52 m dan lebar 7 - 45 m serta
15 saluran sekunder dengan panjang antara 1.056,97 m hingga
5.208,83 m dan lebar saluran antara 2 m hingga 14,40 m. Ketika
musim hujan, pada catchment area saluran yang dilayani terdapat
genangan seluas 63.568,45 m2 yang terbagi di 12 titik. 12 titik
tersebut berada di Jl. Wiyung V - VI, Dukuh Kranggan, Jl. Griya
Babatan, Perumahan Lembah Harapan, Perumahan Wisma Lidah
Kulon, Jl. Banjar Melati, Jl. Lakarsantri(I), Jl. Lakarsantri(II), Jl.
Bangkingan, Jl. Kedurus Dukuh I, Jl. Kemlaten VIII, dan Jl.
Kebraon 2 dengan rata - rata tinggi genangan mencapai 30 cm dan
lama genangan mencapai 60 menit.
Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya analisis dan evaluasi
mengenai penyebab terjadinya genangan di wilayah tersebut
dengan menghitung kapasitas saluran primer dan saluran
sekunder pada sistem drainase Kali Kedurus, kapasitas Boezem
Kedurus, dan kapasitas Rumah Pompa Kali Kedurus.
Hasil analisis dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
genangan seluas 1.276.916,83 m3 yang timbul akibat kapasitas
saluran tidak dapat menampung debit limpasan. Terdapat 13
segmen saluran primer dan 14 segmen saluran sekunder yang
tidak dapat menampung debit saluran. Permasalahan ini dapat
ditanggulangi dengan melakukan pengerukan sedimen pada
saluran primer dan sekunder, melakukan rekayasa saluran denganmemperlebar dimensi saluran, melakukan pengerukan waduk, dan
mengoperasikan pompa pada Rumah Pompa Boezem Kedurus.

Boezem Kali Kedurus pumping station was serve the Kali
Kedurus drainage system on the Wiyung State, Surabaya. Kali
Kedurus drainage system serves 1 primary canal with 9,894,52 m
length and a width of 7 – 45 m and 15 secondary canals with
1.056,97 – 5.208,83 m length and a width of 2 – 14,40 m. In the
rainy season, there are flood amounted 63.568,45 m3 at the Kali
Kedurus drainage system’s catchment area. The flood spread on
12 points, namely Wiyung V - VI street, Dukuh Kranggan street,
Griya Babatan street, Lembah Harapan Regency, Wisma Lidah
Kulon Regency, Banjar Melati street, Lakarsantri(I) street,
Lakarsantri(II) street, Bangkingan street, Kedurus Dukuh I street,
Kemlaten VIII street, and Kebraon street with 30 cm maximum
water level and reach 60 minutes long.
Therefore, it is necessary to analize and evaluate the
causes of flood on the Kali Kedurus drainage system by calculate
the capacity of primary and secondary canals, capacity of Boezem
Kedurus, and capacity of Kali Kedurus pumping station which is
serve the Kali Kedurus drainage system.
Results of the analysis and evaluation showed that there
was flood which amounted to 1.276.916,83 m3 because of the
canal’s capacity cannot receive the rainfall runoff. There is 13
primary canal segments and 14 secondary canal segments that
can not receive the rainfall runoff. This problem can be solved by
sediment dredging on the primary and secondary canals, widen
some canals, sediment dredging on the boezem, and operate the
pump on the Boezem Kedurus pumping station.
