Abstract
Dalam melakukan optimasi aliran daya suatu sistem tenaga listrik perlu
memperhatikan batasan – batasan yang harus dipenuhi agar sistem
tersebut memiliki kehandalan dan stabilitas yang baik. Kehandalan dan
stabilitas yang dimaksud tidak hanya saat sistem beroperasi secara
normal tetapi juga saat terjadi gangguan. Salah satu yang menjadi
batasannya adalah kestabilan transien. Analisa kestabilan transien
dilakukan dengan mengamati perubahan sudut rotor terhadap waktu saat
terjadi gangguan sampai gangguan tersebut dihilangkan. Dalam hal ini
kestabilan suatu sistem sangat dipengaruhi dengan waktu pemutusan
CB. Suatu sistem memiliki waktu pemutus /critical clearing time (CCT)
dimana saat terjadi gangguan dan diputus sebelum CCT, maka sistem
dapat kembali pada kondisi steady state dan apabila gangguan diputus
lebih dari CCT, sistem tidak dapat kembali pada kondisi stabilnya.
Parameter inilah yang digunakan sebagai batasan yang digunakan dalam
melakukan optimasi aliran daya. Dalam tugas akhir ini nilai CCT yang
digunakan sebagai batasan optimasi aliran daya dihitung menggunakan
metode critical trajectory berdasarkan hilangnya sinkronisasi. Sistem
yang diuji, yaitu sistem 6 generator 30 bus dan didapatkan nilai CCT
yang terkecil dari beberapa titik gangguan adalah 0.51 detik.
Berdasarkan CCT yang didapat sistem dapat dikatakan stabil karena
memiliki waktu pemutusan CB 0.5 detik.

In the optimization of power flow electric power system need to pay
attention to limits - limits that must be met in order for the system has
good reliability and stability. Reliability and stability is not only when
the system is operating normally but also when an interruption occurs.
One of the limitations is the transient stability. Transient stability
analysis is done by observing the change in the rotor angle with respect
to time when an interruption occurs until the interference is eliminated.
In this case the stability of a system is highly influenced by the time of
termination CB. A system has a circuit breaker / critical clearing time
(CCT) in which the event of disruption and terminated before the CCT,
then the system can return to steady state conditions and if interference
is disconnected more than CCT, the system can not go back to the stable
condition. The parameter is used as constraints used in the optimization
of power flow. In this final CCT values are used as power flow
optimization limit is calculated using the critical trajectory method is
based on the loss of synchronization. The system being tested, namely 6
generator system bus 30 and obtained CCT smallest value from some
point disorder is 0:51 seconds. Based on the obtained CCT system can
be said to be stable because it has a termination time CB 0.5 seconds.
