Abstract

Pada setiap proyek bangunan konstruksi, selalu terdapat site facilities guna menunjang kinerja dalam proyek. Penggunaan site facilities pada tiap proyek tidaklah sama karena masing – masing proyek memiliki pertimbangan dan kebutuhan yang berbeda. Lokasi site facilities tersebut harus diatur karena memiliki dampak terhadap produktifitas kerja proyek.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimasi site layout proyek Superblok The Samator Surabaya. Optimasi dilakukan dengan 2 tahap yaitu tahap 1 adalah penentuan prioritas fasilitas sementara dengan menggunakan fuzzy AHP, tahap 2 adalah untuk meminimalkan traveling distance antar fasilitas sementara. Data proyek seperti frekuensi pergerakan pekerja antar fasilitas, dan matriks prioritas tiap fasilitas sementara didapat dari observasi dan wawancara dengan project manager / site manager di proyek.
Dari hasil perhitungan fuzzy AHP didapatkan urutan prioritas 10 fasilitas sementara yang ada adalah Direksi Kit, Barak Pekerja, Area Gudang Tertutup, Gudang Logistik, Ruang Pelaksana, Bengkel Fabrikasi, Toilet Pekerja, Stokyard Besi, Fabrikasi Besi, dan terakhir adalah Gudang Peralatan. Maka dari ketersediaan lokasi yang ada maka fasilitas Gudang Peralatan harus diletakkan diluar lokasi proyek. Selanjutnya pada fase perhitungan traveling distance didapatkan 37 alternatif

dari 9 fasilitas sementara dengan prioritas teratas yang saling ditukar, dan hasil optimasi site layout terdapat pada alternatif 15 dengan nilai traveling distance sebesar 52775 meter.

In every building construction project there is always site facilities to improve project performance . The usage of site facilities is not same in every project because each project has its different consideration and needs. Those location of site facilities must be regulated because has an impact for productivity project.
This research purpose is to optimize the site layout at Superblok The Samator Surabaya Project. Optimization is conducting 2 steps. First step is to make the sequence of priority temporary facilities using fuzzy AHP, and the second step is to minimize traveling distance for every temporary facilities. Project data such as the frequency of workers movement and temporary facilities priority matrix obtained by observation and interview with project manager / site manager at the project
From the fuzzy AHP calculation result the sequence prority of 10 temporary facilities is Direksi Keet, Worker Barrack, Closed Storage Area, Logistic Storage, Manager Chamber, Fabrication Workshop, and the last is Equipment Storage. Accordingly from the availability of space so the equipment storage facilities is needs to replaced outside the site project. After that in the calculation phase of traveling distance is obtained 37 alternative from 9 temporary facilities with the top priority to be switchover and the result is that the optimazion of site layout is contained in alternative 15 with the traveling distance score is 52775 metres.
