Abstract
Jalan Raya Gubeng dipilih untuk penelitian ini selain karena kebisingannya juga karena pada jalan tersebut terdapat beberapa bangunan yang terdampak kebisingan seperti sekolah GIKI 2 dan Rumah Sakit Siloam. Dilakukannya pengukuran tingkat kebisingan beserta jumlah kendaraannya, dengan harapan akan di dapat pemodelan matematis berdasar fungsi waktu beserta jumlah kendaraan sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai referensi karakteristik kebisingan di jalan Raya Gubeng sebelum pengambilan keputusan untuk pengendalian kebisingan di masa yang akan datang dengan bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan. Dari data yang didapatkan, model matematis yang terbaik untuk kebisingan adalah dalam bentuk polinomial. Hasil pemodelan matematis kebisingan berdasarkan jumlah kendaraan adalah Leq = 1E-13n5 - 3E-10n4 + 5E-07n3 - 3,75E-04n2 + 0,150n + 54,57.

Highway Gubeng selected for this study in addition to the noise as well as on the road there are some buildings affected by noise such as schools GIKI 2 and Siloam Hospital. The conduct measurements of noise levels along with the number of vehicles, with hopes of mathematical modeling will be based on a function of time along with the number of vehicles that can be used as a reference characteristic noise at highway Gubeng before making the decision to control noise in the future with the increasing number of vehicles. From the data obtained, a mathematical model that is best for the noise is in the form of a polynomial. The results of mathematical modeling of noise based on the number of vehicles is Leq = 1E-13n5 - 3E-10n4 + 5E-07n3 - 3,75E-04n2 + 0,150n + 54,57.
