Abstract

Perencanaan ini dilakukan pembagian blok pelayanan menjadi
26 blok dan 5 tapping. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis kondisi
eksiting. Hasil analisis kondisi eksisting menunjukkan kondisi
hidrolika perpipaan kecuali kecepatan masih memenuhi kriteria,
yaitu tekanan antara (15,43-59,99) m, kecepatan (0-0,91) m/detik,
unit headloss (0-3,51) m/km. Kemudian dilakukan pengembangan
jaringan yang dibagi menjadi 2 tahap, dimana tahap 1
meningkatkan persen pelayanan, sedangkan tahap 2 menambah
ii
daerah pelayanan baru. Blok pelayanan setelah pengembangan
menjadi 29 blok dan 5 titik tapping. Kemudian analisis rencana
pengembangan dilakukan dan menunjukkan bahwa kondisi
hidrolika pipa untuk tekanan di jaringan distribusi IKK Cawas
bernilai negatif. Hal ini dikarenakan unit headloss yang terjadi pada
pipa dari reservoir menuju titik tapping pertama IKK Cawas
sebesar 5,78 m/km dengan panjang pipa 14,35 km sehingga
headloss sebesar 82,94 m menyebabkan tekanan menjadi -2,89
m. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan paralel pipa diameter
200 mm sepanjang 9 km. Paralel pipa tersebut mengakibatkan
tekanan pada titik tapping pertama IKK Cawas menjadi 34,65 m
dan titik tapping terjauh (blok 19) sebesar 16,34 m. Hasil analisis
hidrolika, seperti unit headloss berada pada rentang (0-5,78)
m/km, namun kecepatan masih ada yang di bawah 0,3 m/detik.
Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan
pengembangan jaringan sebesar Rp 2.470.153,051.71.

Service Unit in East Branch of Regional Water Utility
Company (PDAM) Kabupaten Klaten is divided into three service
units in the Capital Regency (IKK). It has a low service level in 2015
such as 17,6% in Ceper IKK Unit; 2,43% in IKK Pedan unit; and
31,26% in Cawas IKK unit, thus increasing the service level should
be done. This is supported by the addition of production discharge
of 50 liters/sec. In addition, the network distribution service block
has not been established so it is difficult to control the water loss.
In this study, the service block distribution is done, then
analyzing the existing condition and plan the development of
distribution networks using EPANET 2.0. The result is used as the
basis of distribution network development plan. The increasing of
service level is done based on customer growth trends in East
Service Unit.
In this study, the service block distribution is divided into
26 blocks and 5 tapping followed by analyzing the existing
condition. The result indicate conditions of hydraulics piping; the
pressure (15,43 to 59,99) m, speed (0 to 0,91) m/sec, headloss unit
(0 to 3,51) m/km. The network development divided into 2 phases,
where phases 1 is increasing the service, and phase 2 is adding
new service areas.
The development plan analysis after developing into 29
blocks and 5 tapping points shows that the conditions for pressure
pipe hydraulics in the distribution network of Cawas IKK Unit is
negative. This is because the headloss occurring in the pipe from
the reservoir to the point of first tapping Cawas IKK Unit is 5,78
m/km to 14,35 km long pipeline so headloss of 82,94 m cause the
pressure becomes -2,89 m. This problem can be solved with a

parallel pipe diameter of 200 mm along the 9 km. The parallel pipes
cause pressure on the first tapping point IKK Cawas be 34,65 m
and the furthest tapping point (block 19) 16,34 m. The results of the
analysis of hydraulics, such head loss units that are in range (0 to
5,78) m/km, but the speed is still there below 0,3 m/sec. Budget
Plan (RAB) that is needed to carry out the development of networks
is Rp 2.470.153,051.71.
