Abstract
Terdapat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan
implementasi e-learning pada institusi pendidikan diantaranya
adalah kesiapan organisasi, murid ataupun guru. Salah satu
hal yang membedakan antara pendidikan tingkat tinggi
dengan pendidikan tingkat menengah adalah tingkat pengaruh
guru kepada siswa dimana peran guru pada pendidikan
tingkat menengah akan jauh lebih dominan dibandingkan
pada pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Sehingga kesiapan guru pada
penggunaan e-learning pada pendidikan tingkat menengah
akan jauh lebih penting dibandingkan pendidikan tingkat
tinggi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor
masyarakat, sekolah dan guru terhadap kesiapan guru pada
penggunaan e-learning pada pendidikan tingkat menengah di
Indonesia berdasarkan kepada Koon Keung Teddy e-learning
readiness model. Dengan didasarkan pada model Koon Keung
Teddy tersebut akan dibuat kuisioner yang akan disebarkan di
SMP Negeri 1 Jember yang akan menjadi dasar analisis
mengenai hubungan faktor masyarakat, sekolah dan guru
terhadap kesiapan guru pada penggunaan e-learning pada
pendidikan tingkat menengah di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini akan menunjukkan hubungan antara
masyarakat, sekolah dan guru terhadap kesiapan guru pada
penggunaan e-learning pada pendidikan tingkat menengah di
Indonesia berdasarkan model Koon Keung Teddy e-learning
teacher readinessdan rekomendasi berdasarkan faktor yang
berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam
menggunakane-learning.

There are various factors that affect the successful
implementation of e-learning in education institutions include
organizational readiness, student or teacher. One of the things
that distinguishes between high-level education with
secondary education is the level of influence of the teacher to
the student where the teacher's role in secondary education
will be far more dominant than in higher education. So that
the readiness of teachers when using of e-learning in
secondary education will be far more important than a high
level of education.
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between society,
schools, and teachers to the readiness of teachers in the use of
e-learning in secondary education in Indonesia based on the
Koon Keung Teddy model. Based on KoonKeung Teddy elearning
readiness model, questionnaire will be made and
deployed in SMP Negeri 1 Jember which will be the basis of
an analysis of the relationship between society, schools, and
teachers to the readiness of teachers in the use of e-learning at
secondary level education in Indonesia.
This study will show the relationship between society, schools
and teachers to the readiness of teachers in the use of elearning
