Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas proses pengantongan semen yang dilakukan di PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, selama ini dengan cara yang sederhana yaitu menggunakan diagram pareto, dimana informasi yang diperoleh hanya mengidentifikasi jenis cacat yang paling sering terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil proses pengantongan semen pada bulan Desember 2014, jumlah produk yang reject adalah 4,84%, jika dikonversikan ke level sigma menjadi 4,09 sigma. sehingga permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan level sigma untuk bulan selanjutnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka dilakukan analisis menggunakan peta kendali p multivariat, level sigma, diagram pareto dan diagram ishikawa. Data yang digunakan adalah data release packer bag kantong semen PPC 50 kg Tuban 4 bulan Januari dan februari 2015, dimana hasilnya peta p multivariat belum terkendali secara statistik, dengan level sigma pada bulan Januari 2015 sebesar 4,10 dan pada bulan Februari 2015 sebesar 4,12 sehingga level sigma mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,02. Penyebab terjadinya produk cacat adalah kualitas bahan baku yang belum baik, karyawan kurang teliti dan kelelahan, lingkungan berdebu, keadaan mesin yang sudah aus, plat besi dan spot yang sudah tua. ===================================================================================================== During this time controll quality of packing process which is done by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk still using a simple way that called Pareto diagram, where the information which is obtained only identify the type of most often defect case. Based on the result of cement packing process on December 2014, number of rejected products was 4,84%, if this result was converted into sigma level became 4,09 sigma. So the problem in this research was determine the sigma level for the next month. To achieve that goal then conducted analyzes using p multivariate control chart, sigma level, Pareto diagram, and Ishikawa diagram. The data that used was release packer bag data of cement bag PPC 50kg in Tuban 4 on January to Februari 2015, where the result was p multivariate control chart has not controlled statistically, with sigma level on January 2015 was 4,10 and on February 2015 was 4,12 so the sigma level increased by 0,02. The cause of defective products was the quality of the products which was not good enough, the employees were less conscientious and too tired, dusty environment, the machine that almost out of date, old iron plate and spot.
