Abstract

Karakterisasi impedansi komposit isotropik PANi/BAM pada
pelapisan double layer sebagai Radar Absorbing Material (RAM)
telah berhasil dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi
nilai impedansi serta mengetahui kemampuan
penyerapan gelombang mikro yang dihasilkan dari pelapisan
double layer komposit PANi/BAM. BAM (BaFe11.7Zn03O19) berhasil
disintesis dengan metode kopresipitasi dan sintesis PANi dilakukan
dengan metode polimerisasi in situ. Identifikasi fasa BAM dan
PANi dilakukan dengan menggunakan XRD, sedangkan sifat
kemagnetan material magnetik BAM diidentifikasi dengan
menggunakan VSM dan diperoleh medan koersivitas sebesar 0,043
T. Karakterisasi impedansi dan kemampuan penyerapan terhadap
gelombang mikro dilakukan dengan menggunakan VNA pada
frekuensi X-Band. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian VNA, dihasilkan
nilai impedansi dan rugi refleksi (RL) maksimum dari pelapisan PPB,
PB-P, B-PB serta PB-B berturut-turut yaitu 406,142 Ω,
478,438 Ω, 612,564 Ω serta 632,216 Ω dan -49,57 dB, -31,30 dB, -
22,41 dB dan -22,07 dB. Pelapisan double layer komposit
PANi/BAM sangat efektif diterapkan sebagai RAM pada rentang
frekuensi X-Band, karena komposit PANi/BAM dapat
meningkatkan kemampuan penyerapan serta dapat memperlebar
pita penyerapan. ========== Impedance of composite isotropic PANi/BAM on a double
layer coating has been successful in characterization. This
research has purpose to identify the value of impedance, and
determine the ability of the microwaves absorption from double
layer coating composite PANi/BAM. BAM (BaFe11.7Zn0.3O19) has
been successfully synthesized by coprecipitation method and PANi
was synthesized by in situ polymerization method. Phase of BAM
and PANi have done identified by XRD. The magnetic properties of
magnetic material BAM has identified using VSM, and has
obtained the coercivity field of BAM is 0,043 T. Characterization
of impedance and absorption ability of the microwave is done by
using VNA on X-Band frequency. Based on test results of VNA,
value of the impedance and a maximum reflection loss (RL) on
coating P-PB, PB-P, B-PB and PB-B respectively are 406,142 Ω,
478,438 Ω, 612,564 Ω and 632,216 Ω then -49,57 dB, -31,30 dB, -
22,41 dB and -22,07 dB. Double layer coating of composite
PANi/BAM effective as RAM on the X-band frequency range,
because the composite of PANi/BAM will increase the reflection
loss and absorption bandwitdh.
