Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan sebuah aset penting yang tak ternilai
bagi perusahaan. Perusahaan yang kurang memperhatikan kondisi karyawannya
cenderung akan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan karyawan dan akan memicu reaksi
negatif seperti hasil kerja yang menurun, karyawan yang sering absen, hal-hal
seperti ini yang akan merugikan perusahaan. Untuk menghindari reaksi negatif
tersebut, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawannya.
Organisasi dengan karyawan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja terhadap
pekerjaannya cenderung memiliki dampak untuk memberikan balas jasa kepada
perusahaan dengan kinerja yang baik, tingkat kehadiran yang lebih tinggi dan
mendorong munculnya organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB
menunjuk pada tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan melampaui
peran yang telah diisyaratkan oleh organisasi dan tindakan-tindakan tersebut
memajukan kesejahteraan dari rekan kerja, kelompok kerja atau bahkan
organisasi.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis
pengaruh faktor kepuasan kerja yang terdiri dari pekerjaan itu sendiri (X1), gaji
(X2), peluang promosi (X3), atasan (X4) dan rekan kerja (X5) terhadap faktor OCB
yang terdiri dari altruism (Y1), courtesy (Y2), sportsmanship (Y3), civic virtue
(Y4), conscientiousness (Y5) pada karyawan PT. PJB UP. Gresik Divisi Operasi
dan Divisi Pemeliharaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier
berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 dengan jumlah sampel 75 orang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepuasan kerja yang terdiri
dari pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, peluang promosi, atasan dan rekan kerja secara
simultan (bersama-sama) dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap faktor OCB yang
terdiri dari altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, conscientiousness pada
karyawan PT. PJB UP. Gresik Divisi Operasi dan Divisi Pemeliharaan. Faktorfaktor
OCB yaitu altruism dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor kepuasan
kerja yaitu rekan kerja, courtesy dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor
kepuasan kerja yaitu rekan kerja, sportsmanship dipengaruhi secara signifikan
oleh faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu peluang promosi dan rekan kerja, civic virtue
tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor kepuasan kerja manapun,
conscientiousness dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu
peluang promosi, atasan dan rekan kerja.

Human resources was an important asset which was invaluable for the
company. Companies that did not pay attention to the condition of employees was
likely to lead to employee dissatisfaction and would trigger a negative reaction as
the result of declining employment, employees were often absent, things like this
would make a bad effect to the company. To avoid such a negative reaction,
companies needed to consider the level of employees’s job satisfaction.
Organization with employees who had job satisfaction on the job tend to have an
impact to provide fringe benefits to companies with good performance, higher
attendance rates and encouraging the emergence of organizational citizenship
behavior (OCB). OCB refers to actions carried out by the employees beyond the
role that has been required by the organization and such actions to promote the
welfare of colleagues, working group or even organization.
The purpose of this research was to investigate and analyze the influence
of job satisfaction which consists of the work itself (X1), pay (X2), promotion
opportunities (X3), supervisor (X4) and co-workers (X5) to OCB factors which
consists of altruism (Y1), courtesy (Y2), sportsmanship (Y3), civic virtue (Y4),
conscientiousness (Y5) on employees of PT. PJB UP. Gresik Division of Operation
and Division of Maintenance. The analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression with SPSS 16.0 with a sample of 75 people.
The results showed that job satisfaction factors which consists of the work
itself, pay, promotion opportunities, superiors and co-workers simultaneously
(together) and significant effect on OCB factor consisting of altruism, courtesy,
sportsmanship, civic virtue, conscientiousness in employees of PT. PJB UP.
Gresik Division of Operation and Maintenance Division. Factors of OCB,
altruism was influenced significantly with factors of job satisfaction by co-worker,
courtesy was influenced significantly with factors of job satisfaction by coworkers,
sportsmanship was influenced significantly with factors of job
satisfaction by promotion opportunities and co-workers, civic virtue was not
significantly affected by any job satisfaction factors, conscientiousness
significantly influenced with factors of job satisfaction by promotional
opportunities, supervisor and co-workers.
