Abstract

Perkerasan beton berpori merupakan salah satu bentuk perkembangan infrastruktur dalam menangani aliran permukaan. Kuat tekan yang dimiliki beton berpori cenderung rendah akibat jumlah rongganya yang banyak. Serat polipropilen merupakan inovasi untuk memperbaiki sifat tertentu beton. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh serat polipropilen dalam campuran beton berpori. Pembuatan sampel beton berpori dengan faktor air semen (w/c) 0,3. Agregat kasar menggunakan batu pecah Pasuruan dengan variasi rasio agregat semen (CA/C) 4; 4,25; 4,5. Serat polipropilen MasterFiber ukuran 48 mm dengan variasi kadar 0%;0,6%;1,2%;1,8%. Pengujian kuat tekan, kuat lentur dan laju infiltrasi dilakukan pada sampel umur perawatan 28 hari. Sampel berbentuk silinder 10x20 cm untuk uji kuat tekan, dan sampel berbentuk balok 40x10x10 cm untuk uji laju infiltrasi (porositas) yang kemudian digunakan untuk uji kuat lentur. Uji laju infiltrasi menggunakan alat modifikasi dari peraturan ASTM C 1701/C 1701M. Kuat tekan beton berpori meningkat dengan kadar serat 0,6% dalam campuran. Apabila kadar serat ditambah, maka ikatan yang terjadi dalam campuran semakin melemah, sehingga kuat tekan menurun. Sedangkan kuat lentur dan laju infiltrasi meningkat apabila beton berpori mengandung serat. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh serat polipropilen yang terdistribusi secara optimal mampu bekerja di bidang patah dan meloloskan aliran air dengan baik dalam sampel. ===================================================================================================== Pervious concrete pavement is one of infrastructure development in dealing with surface runoff. Pervious concrete has low compressive strength due to the numbers of pore. Polypropylene fiber is an innovation to improve specific properties of concrete. The purpose of this research is to find out the effects of polypropylene fibers in a mixture of pervious concrete. The samples of pervious concrete with water-cement ratio (w/c) of 0.3, using Pasuruan crushed stone as coarse aggregate with coarse aggregate-cement ratio (CA/C) variation 4; 4.25; 4,5. The polypropylene fibers, Masterfibre, size 48 mm with variation of the levels of 0%; 0.6%; 1.2%; 1.8%. Compressive strength, flexural strength and infiltration rate test performed on samples aged 28 days of treatment. 10x20 cm cylindrical samples for compressive strength test, and samples of 40x10x10 cm shaped beam to test the infiltration rate (porosity) which was then used to flexural strength test. Infiltration rate test using a modification of ASTM C 1701 / C 1701M. Compressive strength of pervious concrete increased with 0,6% in mixture.The higher fibre content, the weaker bonding inside the mixture, so that compressive strength. Whereas, flexural strength and infiltration rate increased at fibrous pervious concrete. It caused by polypropylene fibre which distributed optimally is able to work in fracture surface and allow the water flow in the sample.
