Abstract

President University merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta yang
terletak di Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang Baru,
Bekasi. Kampus ini menggunakan sistem student boarding house. Jumlah
asrama President University masih belum sebanding dengan jumlah
mahasiswanya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan
pembangunan asrama baru. Untuk perencanaan gedung baru, dilakukan
modifikasi ulang menggunakan struktur baja 10 lantai dengan
menggunakan hexagonal castellated beam dan kolom concrete filled steel
tube.
Dalam perencanaan ini, peraturan yang akan digunakan yaitu
AISC-LRFD 2010, SNI 1729:2015 untuk menghitung struktur dari baja,
SNI 1727:2013 dan PPIUG 1987 untuk menghitung pembebanan
struktur, SNI 1726:2012 untuk menghitung beban gempa, dan SNI
2847:2013 untuk menghitung struktur beton.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil untuk tower G
dan H, yaitu: tebal pelat atap 9 cm, dan pelat asrama 10 cm. Dimensi
balok anak CB 437,5.175.7.11; CB 495.200.7.11 ; WF 250.125.5.8 dan
WF 250.175.7.11. Dimensi balok induk bentang 8 m CB 625.200.10.16 ;
CB 550.300.11.18 ; CB 487,5.300.10.16 dan CB 437,5.175.7.11. Dimensi
kolom lantai 1-3 HSS800.800.25.25, lantai 4-6 HSS700.700.22.22, lantai
7-Atap HSS600.600.16.16. Tebal plat spsw 4mm, dan balok spsw
menggunakan WF 800.300.16.30. Sambungan struktur utama
direncanakan dengan baut A325. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang
spun pile diameter 50cm kedalaman 16m. Sloof ukuran 40x60 cm dengan
tulangan utama tarik dan tekan 4D22 dan tulangan geser Ø10-250. ========== BE COLUMN

Abstract
President University is private university located on Ki Hajar
Dewantara Street, Jababeka City, Cikarang Baru, Bekasi. This college is
using student boarding house system. The number of dormitories in
President University is still not proportional with the number of students. To
solve this problem required the construction of a new dormitory. Planning
for a new building, it will be re-modification using ten floor steel structure
with hexagonal castellated beam and column of concrete filled steel tube.
In the planning, the regulations that used are AISC-LRFD 2010, SNI
1729:2015 to calculate the structure of steel, SNI 1727:2013 and PPIUG
1987 to calculate the loading structure, SNI 1726:2012 to calculate the load
of the earthquake, and SNI 2847:2013 to calculate the structure of concrete..
Based on the analysis and calculation obtained the result for tower G
and H are: the roof plate thickness 9 cm and dormitory plate 10 cm. The
dimension of sub main beam using CB437,5.175.7.11; CB495.200.7.11;
WF250.125.5.8 and WF250.175.7.11. The dimension of main beam 8 m
using CB625.200.10.16; CB550.300.11.18; CB487,5.300.10.16 and
CB437,5175.7.11. The dimension of 1st-3rd floor column using
HSS800.800.25.25, 4th – 6th floor HSS700.700.22.22, and 7th – roof
HSS600.600.16.16. Spsw plate thickness 4 mm, and spsw beam using WF
800.300.16.30. The main structure will connected with bolts A325. The
foundation is using spun pile with 50 cm diameters and 16 m thick. Size of
sloof 40 x 60 cm with the 4D22 pull and press main reinforcement and Ø10-
250 shear reinforcement.
