Abstract
Terjadinya banjir/genangan wilayah Gunungsari salah satunya
disebabkan oleh perkembangan pembangunan di kota Surabaya,
khususnya Rayon Tandes bagian hulu. Pembangunan tersebut
mengakibatkan perubahan land use (tata guna lahan) yang
sebelumnya berfungsi sebagai daerah konservasi (resapan)
menjadi daerah perumahan dan industri. Akibatnya mengubah
koefisien pengaliran menjadi lebih besar, serta berpengaruh
terhadap air limpasan yang masuk kedalam jaringan drainase
menjadi semakin besar.
Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan evaluasi terkait
sistem primer Gunungsari dengan DAS Rayon Tandes bagian hulu.
Solusinya ialah perencanaan ulang saluran Primer Gunungsari
dengan mengacu pada rencana tata ruang wilayah Surabaya 2034.
Selain itu melakukan pembagian debit melalui sungai sungai di
sekitar saluran Gunungsari. Analisa dilakukan dengan
menggunakan program bantu HEC-HMS untuk analisa hidrologi
dan program bantu HEC-RAS untuk analisa hidrolika
Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh
saluran pada bagian hulu selebar 7 meter dengan material beton.
Serta dihilir menggunakan box culvert dengan lebar 8 m dan 12 m.
Pembagian debit pada sungai sungai di modelkan dengan
penggunaan pintu air. ========== Flooding / inundation in area of Gunungsari caused in part
by the development of construction in the city of Surabaya,
especially Rayon Tandes. The development of construction
changes of land use. That were previously functioning as
conservation areas (infiltration) into residential and industrial
areas. Thus changing the jetting coefficient becomes larger, and
the effect on water runoff into the drainage network becomes
larger.
To overcome these problems required an evaluation related
to the primary system Gunungsari with Rayon Tandes the upstream
watershed. The solution is to redesign the channel Primer
Gunungsari by reviewing the spatial plans Surabaya 2034. As well
as the distribution of discharge over time - next time around
Gunungsari channels. The analyzes were performed using HECHMS aid program for hydrologic analysis and auxiliary program
HEC-RAS for hydraulics analysis
Based on the analysis that has been done, the dimensions
obtained on the upstream side width of 7 meters with concrete
material. As well as downstream using a box culvert with an
effective width of 8 m and 12 m. The division of the discharge of
the times is modeled by the use of sluice.
