Abstract

Pergerakan lalu lintas, baik barang maupun manusia di
wilayah Utara Jawa cenderung lebih cepat berkembang
dibanding dengan wilayah Selatan. Penyebabnya adalah akses
antar kabupaten atau kota di wilayah Selatan yang belum
terhubung dengan baik dan medan dominan pegunungan,
sehingga kegiatan perekonomian hanya terfokus pada jalur Utara
dan sekitarnya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan perencanaan
geometrik, perencanaan perkerasan lentur, serta drainase yang
baik agar para pengguna jalan merasa aman dan nyaman dalam
berkendara di daerah tersebut.
Untuk merencanakan geometrik jalan tersebut digunakan
peraturan yang sesuai yaitu Peraturan Tata Cara Perencanaan
Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No. 038/TBM/1997 perencanaan
geometrik jalan. Perhitungan pembebanan lalu lintas (trip
assigment) menggunakan metode Smock (1962). Perencanaan
perkerasan lentur menggunakan peraturan SNI Pt T-01-2002-B
yang mengacu pada AASHTO’93. Perencanaan drainase
diperoleh mengacu pada peraturan Pd-T-02-2006-B. Serta
anggaran biaya total menggunakan HSPK Zona 1 tahun 2016
yang diperlukan pada perencanaan geometrik ini.
Hasil Perencanaan Jalan dari Desa Munjungan ke Desa
Karanggandu Kabupaten trenggalek diperoleh perencanaan
geometrik dominan pegunungan dengan lebar jalan 7 meter dan
bahu jalan 1 meter. Dengan perpindahan volume kendaraan
ii
sebesar 40.9%. Ruas jalan ini menggunakan lapis perkerasan
Laston MS744(AC-WC) setebal 7.70 cm. Untuk perencanaan
saluran tepi berbentuk trapesium menggunakan material tanah
asli dengan lebar saluran 0.4-1.6 meter dan tinggi saluran 0.9-
2.5meter. Volume galian sebesar 5,167,299.28 m3 dan timbunan
1,810,960.38 m3. Total Estimasi biaya yang dikeluarkan
Rp1,104,713,740,486,- (Terbilang: Satu Triliun Seratus Empat
Miliar Tujuh Ratus Tiga Belas Juta Tujuh Ratus Empat Puluh
Ribu Empat Ratus Delapan Puluh Enam Rupiah). ========== The development of traffic movement, both of human or
thing, in the north side of Java is faster than the south side. Due
to the accesses between regencies or cities in the south side do
not well connected and the route mostly through the mountain, it
makes economical activity only focuses in the north area.
Therefore, it needs geometric and flexible pavement planning,
also a good drainage to make the road user feels safe and
comfort when passing that area.
To designing that road geometrical, it is used regulation
from Geometrical Designing Order between the City Road
numbers 038/TBM/1997. This study uses Smock method (1962 to
calculate the trip assignment. To analyzing the flexible pavement,
it uses SNI Pt T-01-2002-B that based on AASHTO’93 and it uses
the regulation of Pd-T-02-2006-B for the planning of drainage. In
this geometrical design, it also uses HSPK Zone 1 2006 as the
total cost.
The result of road designing from Munjungan Village to
Karanggandu Village at Trenggalek Regency was showed that 7
meter as the road width and 1 meter as the shoulder of road in
the mountain dominant geometrical designing. Due to the vehicle
volume movement was 40.9%, this road used Laston MS744 (ACWC)
with 7.70 cm of thickness for pavement layer. For trapezium
side stream design, it used real soil with 0.4-1.6 meter of stream
wideness and 0.9-2.5 meter of stream highness. Another result
was the cut volume was 5,167,299.28 m3 and the fill volume

was 1,810,960.38 m3. The total cost estimation that should be
spent was Rp1,104,713,740,486,- (One Trillion A Hundred And
Four Billion, Seven Hundred And Thirteen Million, Seven
Hundred And Fourty Thousand, Four Hundred And Eighty-Six
Rupiah)
