Abstract
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, direncanakan penambahan jalur
kereta api baru untuk lintas Purwokerto – Kroya guna mengatasi
padatnya lalu lintas kereta api di jalur selatan akibat banyaknya
permintaan masyarakat akan transportasi yang aman dan
nyaman, serta mengurangi jumlah kendaraan yang melewati
lintas selatan pulau Jawa khususnya di kota Purwokerto.
Dalam prosesnya, metodologi yang digunakan adalah
pengumpulan data-data sekunder dan primer, identifikasi
permasalahan, studi pustaka dan analisa data perencanaan.
Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah jalan rel baru yang
mengacu pada trase eksisting sejauh 27 km, untuk STA 350+000
– STA 350+800, STA 357+200 – STA 361+300, dan STA
362+200 – STA 363+600 diletakkan di sisi kanan rel lama.
Sedangkan untuk STA 350+800 – STA 357 + 200, STA 361+300
– STA 362 +200, dan STA 363+600 – STA 377+122 diletakkan di
sisi kiri rel lama.
Dari hasil perhitungan struktur badan jalan rel
didapatkan, rel yang digunakan adalah tipe R 54 dengan lebar
sepur 1067 mm dan total anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk
pembangunan jalur ganda ini senilai Rp 679.652.140.000,00.

Within this final project, additional rails to train track
lane across Purwokerto – Kroya is planned in order to overcome
Kroya Purwokerto – density of railway traffic in the South line
due to the large number of requests of the community will be a
safe and convenient transportation, as well as reduce the number
of vehicles that pass through traffic South of Java, especially in
Purwokerto.
In the process, the methodology used is the collection of
secondary and primary data, problem identification, literature
study, and planning data analysis.
The results of this final project is a new track which
refers to the existing alignment as far as 27 km, for STA 350+000
– STA 350+800, STA 357+200 – STA 361+300, dan STA
362+200 – STA 363+600 is positioned to the right of the existing
rails. Whilst for STA 350+800 – STA 357 + 200, STA 361+300 –
STA 362 +200, dan STA 363+600 – STA 377+122 it is positioned
to the left of the existing rails.
From the results of the structural calculations of the rails
body it is obtained that, the rails used is type R 54 with the width
of 1067 mm and total budget needed to build this new track as
much as Rp 679.652.140.000,00.
