Abstract
Reactor Feed Pump 12-P-101 merupakan komponen yang penting
dalam unit ARHDM dimana fluida yang berasal dari unit CDU diproses
pertama kali di pompa 12-P-101 untuk didistribusikan menuju proses
berikutnya. Reactor Feed Pump 12-P-101 telah beroperasi sejak tahun
1994 dan selama pengoperasiannya terdapat kegagalan fungsi pada
sistem pompa yang menyebabkan proses produksi di unit tersebut
terganggu. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis reliability sistem pompa
pada reactor feed pump 12-P-101. Pada penelitian ini, analisis reliability
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisa kuantitatif
digunakan dengan menghitung nilai reliability masing-masing
komponen berdasarkan probabilitas kegagalannya dan metode RBD
digunakan untuk menghitung nilai reliability sistem. Analisa kualitatif
digunakan metode FTA dan FMEA untuk mengetahui penyebab dasar
kegagalan masing-masing komponen pada reactor feed pump 12-P-101.
Hasil analisa kuantatif menunjukkan semua komponen BPCS dan SIS
pada reactor feed pump 12-P-101 memiliki availability tinggi, yaitu
99,9%. Sistem reactor feed pump mencapai nilai reliability 0,8 pada
waktu 800 jam dan memiliki availability sebesar 99,84%. Rekomendasi
maintenance berupa preventive maintenance diberikan pada komponen
yang memiliki failure rate IFR/DFR, yaitu FT 030, FIC 030, FV 030,
dan HV 029. ========== Reactor Feed Pump 12-P-101 is the essential component in
ARHDM unit which the fluid comes from CDU unit and it is firstly
proceed in the pump 12-P-101. The pump distributes the fluid to several
process vessels in ARHDM unit. Reactor feed pump 12-P-101 has been
operating since 1994 and there have been several failures during the
operation time. Therefore, it should be analyzed the reliability of reactor
feed pump 12-P-101. In this research, the analysis used both the
quantitative and qualitative method. The quantitative method was used
to calculate the component reliability based on the probability density
function and the RBD method was used to determine the system
reliability. The qualitative method was used to determine the component
basic event of failure in the reactor feed pump 12-P-101. The result
showed that all the BPCS and SIS components have high availability
99.9%. The reactor feed pump system has the reliability 0.8 at the
operation time is 800 hours and the availability is 99.84%. The
maintenance recommendation such as preventive maintenance is given
to the component having IFR/DFR failure; there are FT 030, FIC 030,
FV 030, and HV 029.
