Abstract
Pengembang perangkat lunak atau Software Developer dikenal
sebagai bagian yang sangat signifikan dalam sebuah
pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dalam pengembangannya,
perangkat lunak membutuhkan alat pengukuran yang akan
membantu baik pengembang maupun pengguna terkait untuk
menentukan seberapa besar ruang lingkup perangkat lunak
yang akan dibuat atau dikembangkan. Dalam hal ini
penggunaan metode pengukuran software menjadi alat bantu
yang digunakan oleh tim developer untuk mempermudah
menentukan scope dan biaya yang akan digunakan dalam
pengembangan software. Metode yang akan digunakan kali ini
adalah metode Use Case Points atau yang biasa disingkat UCP
Use Case Points memiliki kecendrungan dimana subjektifitas
akan menjadi pengaruh dalam menghasilkan pengukuran atau
estimasi dari effort, hal ini dikarenakan Use Case Points
melakukan penilaian berdasarkan para tim pengembang
perangkat lunak bergantung dari persepsi mereka tentang
kompleksitas dari proyek dan efisiensi saat melakukan
pengembangan. Setiap tim memiliki pengetahuan dan
kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, hasil

pengukuran menggunakan metode ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh
karakter atau behaviour dari tim pengembangnya.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui
karakter dan behaviour tim yang cocok dengan metode UCP,
dengan membandingkan akurasi hasil estimasi effort dari
setiap tim dengan actual effort dari sebuah proyek
pengembangan perangkat lunak.

Software Developer is known as a very significant part in a
software development. In its development, the software requires
the measurement tools that will help both developers and users
to determine how large the scope of the software to be created
or developed. In this case the method of measurement software
is a tool that is used by the development team to facilitate
determining the scope and costs which will be used in software
development. The method that will be used this time is the
method Use Case Points or commonly abbreviated as UCP
Use Case Points have a tendency where subjectivity will be an
influence in generating the measurement or estimation of effort,
this is because the Use Case Points assessment by the team of
software developers rely on their perception of the complexity
of the project and efficiency when doing development. Each
team has the knowledge and abilities vary. Therefore, the
measurement results using this method can be influenced by the
character or behavior of the development team.
This research was conducted in order to determine the
character and behavior of the team that has the closest
estimation results with actual, by comparing the accuracy of the

estimated effort of each team with the actual effort of a software
development project.
