Abstract
Setiap tahunnya jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan.
Hal ini membuat persaingan antar rumah sakit menjadi sangat kompetitif. Oleh
karena itu pihak rumah sakit harus memperhatikan kinerja rumah sakit agar lebih
efisien dan responsif. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh rumah sakit adalah
dengan memperbaiki supply chain rumah sakit. Aspek yang bisa diperbaiki untuk
supply chain rumah sakit adalah pengelolaan persediaan obat rumah sakit. Pada
saat ini pengelolaan persediaan obat di rumah sakit X masih belum terkoordinasi,
belum memiliki panduan khusus, dan pengelolaan secara manual. Coordinated
replenishment yang dapat diterapkan di rumah sakit adalah kebijakan can order
dan periodic review. Selain itu karena pengelolaan dan pengecekan persediaan
obat di rumah sakit X masih manual, maka perlu dibuat sebuah sistem otomatis
yang membantu karyawan rumah sakit untuk melakukan pekerjaannya lebih
cepat. Sehingga nantinya rumah sakit dapat menjadi lebih efisien dan menurunkan
biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit dalam mengelola persediaan.
Hasil yang didapat adalah kebijakan can order dipilih menjadi rekomendasi
kebijakan dengan service level 93,17 % dan penghematan biaya 41,3%. Sistem
yang telah dibuat untuk karyawan rumah sakit juga berhasil menghemat waktu
2,79 jam.

The number of hospitals in Indonesia has increased each year which makes
competition among hospitals to be very competitive. Therefore, the hospital
should pay attention to the hospitals performance to be more efficient and
responsive. One things can be done by hospitals is improving the hospital’s
supply chain. Aspect that could be improved for hospital’s supply chain is the
management of hospital’s drug supply. Nowdays, the management of drug supply
in hospital X is not coordinated enough, yet has specific guideline, and managing
manually. Coordinated replenishment that can be applied in hospital is a canorder
policy and periodic review. Moreover, because of drugs’ management and
checking in hospital X is manually, it needs to make an automatic system that
helps hospital staffs to do the job faster. Therefore, the hospital can become more
efficient and reduce costs in managing inventory.
The result showed that periodic review policy is a policy that is chosen to be
the policy recommendations with average service level 95.17% and cost savings
of 80.7%. The system has been created for hospital staffs also managed to save
time of 2.79 hours.
