Abstract
Wisata Bunaken adalah sebuah tempat wisata di Manado paling
terpopuler. Jumlah kunjungan wisata ke Bunaken Manado ini memperlihatkan tren
yang meningkat tahun demi tahun. Data statistik mencatat di akhir Agustus 2014,
jumlah kunjungan wisata Bunaken mencapai 21.889 dari dalam negeri dan 7.850
dari luar negeri. Rata-rata, tempat wisata Bunaken di Manado ini dikunjungi lebih
dari 35 ribu orang setiap tahun. Karakteristik alam bawah laut di Bunaken adalah
adanya Underwater Great Walls, atau disebut juga hanging walls, yang artinya
dinding-dinding karang raksasa yang berdiri vertikal dan melengkung ke atas
setinggi 25-50 m.
Hotel Grand Sovia merupakan hotel yang berdiri sejak tahun 2014 dan
pertama kali berdiri di kota Bandung. Hotel Grand Sovia Bandung baru dirilis pada
tahun 2015 dan merupakan salah satu hotel di Bandung yang memiliki potensi
bisnis yang baik. Hal ini dikarenakan Hotel Grand Sovia yang terletak dilokasi
dengan lingkungan bisnis yang baik
Seiring berkembangnya zaman hotel ini pun melihat peluang untuk
membangun hotel dilokasi pariwisata yaitu di Bunaken

Bunaken Park is a tourist spot in Manado most popular. The number of
tourist visits to the Bunaken Manado shows an upward trend year after year.
Statistical data recorded at the end of August 2014, the number of tourists visiting
Bunaken reached 21 889 7850 from within the country and from abroad. On
average, sights Bunaken in Manado visited more than 35 thousand people every
year. Characteristics of the underwater world in the Park is the Underwater Great
Walls, also called the hanging walls, which means giant rock walls that stand
vertically and curved upward as high as 25-50 m.
Hotel Grand Sovia is a hotel that stood since 2014 and was first established
in the city. Bandung Hotel Grand Sovia newly released in 2015 and is one of the
hotels in Bandung which has good business potential. This is because the Hotel
Grand Sovia situated location with good business environment
As time this hotel also looking at opportunities to build hotels location is in
Bunaken tourism
