Abstract

========================================================== Prey – predator model developed on performance KPK in handling corruption cases. Corruption can be controlled by the imposition of sanctions in the form of imprisonment. In this research objective function is to maximize the punitive sanctions and minimizing the number of criminals. Determination of the optimal control using Pontryagin maximum principle and solved numerically . Simulations carried out by Runge Kutta method of order - 4 is expected that the sanctions provided up to the maximum number of criminals can minimize and maximize the sanctions .
