Abstract

Model prey – predator dikembangkan pada kinerja lembaga KPK dalam menangani kasus korupsi. Banyaknya koruptor dapat dikontrol dengan pemberian sanksi berupa hukuman kurungan atau penjara. Fungsi tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaksimalkan sanksi hukuman dengan meminimalkan jumlah koruptor. Penentuan kontrol optimal menggunakan prinsip maksimum Pontryagin dan diselesaikan secara numerik. Simulasi dilakukan dengan metode Runge Kutta orde – 4 diharapkan bahwa sanksi yang diberikan sampai dengan mencapai jumlah maksimum dapat meminimumkan koruptor dan memaksimalkan sanksi.

Prey – predator model developed on performance KPK in handling corruption cases. Corruption can be controlled by the imposition of sanctions in the form of imprisonment. In this research objective function is to maximize the punitive sanctions and minimizing the number of criminals. Determination of the optimal control using Pontryagin maximum principle and solved numerically . Simulations carried out by Runge Kutta method of order - 4 is expected that the sanctions provided up to the maximum number of criminals can minimize and maximize the sanctions .
