Abstract

Seiring dengan majunya teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, Leap Motion, Inc. tidak ingin tertinggal dengan menciptakan suatu alat bernama Leap Motion Controller yang berfungsi sebagai alternatif input kontrol dalam interaksi antara manusia dan komputer tanpa sentuh. Selain harga yang terjangkau, alat ini memiliki presisi yang tinggi. Dalam tugas akhir ini, ide yang digunakan yaitu membangun suatu aplikasi realitas virtual pertunjukan wayang golek asli Indonesia dengan Leap Motion Controller sebagai pengendali utama dari model tiga dimensi wayang golek. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework unity3D dengan Leap Motion SDK. Aplikasi yang telah dibuat diuji fungsionalitasnya, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan untuk memainkan pertunjukan wayang secara virtual. Tujuannya adalah membuat media alternatif untuk memainkan sebuah pertunjukan asli Indonesia, kesenian wayang golek. ======================================================================================================= Along with the rapid advancement of information technology, Leap Motion, Inc. do not want to fall behind by creating a tool called Leap Motion Controller which serves as an alternative input control in the interaction between humans and computers without a touch. In addition, besides an affordable price, this device has a high precision. In this thesis, the idea is to build a virtual reality applications native Indonesian puppet show with Leap Motion Controller as the main control of the three-dimensional model of a puppet show. This application will be built using a framework Unity3D with Leap Motion SDK. The goal is to make one of the original Indonesian art, puppet show, be re-attract the attention of the people of Indonesia. Applications that have been made will be tested for functionality. The quality of the application itself will be known after this test, it is expected that these applications can be a media arts puppet show became more interesting.
