Abstract
Suatu ruang dikatakan baik jika memiliki nilai
Transmission Loss (TL) yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk meningkatkan daya isolasi ruang sumber dengan
menggunakan metode pelapisan gypsum board 12 mm pada
semua sisi dan menambahkan ketebalan pada sekat sehingga
dapat menguji bahan tebal. Variasi bahan yang diuji berupa
gypsum satu lapis, gypsum dua lapis, serta partisi berlapis, dan
diperoleh peningkatan STC sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan
berturut-turut yaitu 2 dB, 2 dB, dan 8 dB. Peningkatan STC
dikarenakan berkurangnya transmisi sisi. Pada dinding partisi
yang telah dilapisi gypsum masih terdapat transmisi sisi.
Besarnya transmisi sisi dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai NR
masing-masing partisi. Pada frekuensi 1000 Hz nilai NR terbesar
terdapat pada titik 2 yaitu 36,19 dB, sedangkan nilai NR terendah
adalah titik 1 yaitu 32,90dB. Sehingga ruang sumber hanya
mampu mengukur bahan dibawah 32,90 dB pada frekuensi 1000
Hz

The room has good quality if the transmission loss value
is large. This search purpose to increase the isolation of space
resources by gypsum board 12 mm by coating method on all
sides and add thickness to the bulkhead so as to test the thick
material. Variation of materials tested in the form of gypsum one
layer, two layers of gypsum and layered partition, and obtained
an increase in STC before and after repair in a row that is 2 dB, 2
dB, and 8 dB. STC enhancement due to the reduced flanking
transmission. The partition walls are still flanking transmittion
after coating gypsum. The magnitude of the transmission side
can be shown by the value of Noise Reduction (NR) of each
partition. At a frequency of 1000 Hz,The largest NR value at
point 2 is 36.19 dB, while the lowest value of NR at point 3 is
32,90 dB. So the source room can be measuring the material
under 32.90 dB at a frequency of 1000 Hz.
