Abstract

PG. Kremboong Sidoarjo, merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi gula pasir dengan bahan baku tanaman tebu. Kapasitas produksi gula yang mampu dihasilkan mencapai 2500 tcd. Dalam proses produksinya mesin gilingan digunakan untuk memerah tebu untuk diambil niranya. Mesin gilingan yang paling sering mengalami kegagalan adalah mesin gilingan IV sehingga mengakibatkan proses produksi gula terganggu. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perawatan yang tepat dan nilai keandalan mesin gilingan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan interval waktu perawatan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance dengan cara mengolah data kegagalanya menggunakan Analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data secara Reliability Centered Maintenance hasil perhitungan nilai keandalan yaitu 0,0056 selama masa giling, jadwal yang tepat untuk menggunakan preventive maintenance yaitu dengan interval waktu perawatan tiap 250 jam, dan terdapat 1 failure mode dapat dicegah dengan melakukan combination task. 1 failure mode dapat dicegah dengan melakukan on-condition task 3 failure dapat dicegah dengan melakukan Scheduled restoration task 1 failure mode dilakukan no maintenance scheduled.

PG. Kremboong Sidoarjo, is a company that produces sugar with raw materials is sugar cane. Produced sugar production capacity reaches 2500 tcd. In the production process the mill machine is used to milk the sugar cane to be taken for granted. The most frequently failed mill machine is the IV mill so that the sugar production process is disrupted. This final project aims to determine the appropriate form of treatment and the reliability of the mill machine as a reference to determine the maintenance time interval using the Reliability Centered Maintenance method by processing the failure data using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of Reliability Centered Maintenance data, the calculation of the reliability value is 0.0056 during the milling period, the right schedule for using preventive maintenance is the maintenance time interval every 250 hours, and there is 1 failure mode can be prevented by doing combination tasks. 1 failure mode can be prevented by on-condition task 3 failure can be prevented by scheduling the restoration task 1 failure mode is performed no maintenance scheduled.
