Abstract
Pembangunan proyek industri konstruksi perlahan namun pasti akan
semakin meningkat, termasuk pada proyek konstruksi bangunan mixed use. Dalam
proses pengembangannya, proyek konstruksi tersebut tidak terlepas dari proses
perencanaan desain dari berbagai sektor, misalnya perencanaan desain
arsitektural, struktur, mekanikal elektrikal maupun perencanaan budgeting nilai
proyek beserta keputusan yang diambil sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan proyek,
yang tertuang dalam dokumen pelaksanaan proyek (Shop Drawing). Proses
tersebut tidak terlepas dari peran para ahli dari berbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan
yang berkaitan, dimana para ahli tersebut harus berintegrasi dan mengambil
keputusan desain terbaik bagi semua pihak dalam proses kolaborasi desain agar
keputusan yang diambil dapat diterima dan tidak ada masalah dalam pelaksanaan.
Proses tersebut melibatkan konsultan perencana, kontraktor, subkontraktor,
vendor maupun owner yang berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan desain pada
dokumen pelaksanaan proyek. Dari fenomena ini terdapat peluang penelitian yang
bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung penerapan kolaborasi desain
terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan terbaik dokumen pelaksanaan proyek
yang dianalisis dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap persepsi stakeholder
industri konstruksi bangunan mixed use.
Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis
inferensial berupa analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dominan pada
penerapan kolaborasi desain yang berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan
dokumen pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei pendahuluan
kepada akademisi dan praktisi dalam bidang kolaborasi desain atau manajemen
proyek dengan menggunakan media kuisioner dan wawancara, serta survey utama
kepada responden yaitu para stakeholder pada proyek bangunan mixed use.
Dari hasil analisis, penelitian ini memberikan hasil berupa faktor-faktor
dominan yang mendukung kesuksesan penerapan kolaborasi desain dalam
membantu pengambilan keputusan dokumen pelaksanaan proyek yaitu faktor
aspek teknikal dalam hubungan sosial, faktor hubungan sosial, faktor legalitas
dalam pengembangan dan informasi material proyek, faktor kompetensi dalam
pencapaian tujuan pelaksanaan proyek. Dari keempat faktor tersebut, faktor aspek
teknikal dalam hubungan sosial merupakan faktor yang paling dominan.

Development of construction industry is slowly but surely will increase,
including building construction for mixed use project. In the process of its
construction, the construction project can not be separated from design process in
different sectors, for example are architecture, structural, mechanical electrical
budgeting planning and decision making of them for a guideline to construction
project in shop drawing document. This process can not be separated from the role
of planners who are experts from many different knowledge, the planners must
integrate and take the best design decision for all parties in collaborative design
process for acceptable and applicable decision for construction progress. In this
document decision making process, not only design consultant who support this
process, but also contractor, sub-contractor, and more participant take a part in
this process. From this situation, there are opportunities of research that aims to
determine supporting factor for successful collaborative design for helps decision
making in shop drawing document process. This goals can be result if we know
about mixed use stakeholder’s perception of supporting factor for successful
collaborative design in decision-making to produce the best design decision and
approved by all project participants industry construction.
The method of this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis
such as factor analysis to determine the dominant factors in collaborative design
which is supporting successfully collaborative design in decision making. The
study was conducted with questionnaires and interview survey to academics and
practitioners in the collaborative design and project management knowledge.
After that, this research will survey to consultant, contractor and owner/developer
in mixed use project development.
From the analysis results, this research give some dominant factorss which
support successful collaboration design in shop drawing’s decision making, they
are technical factor in social behaviour, social factor, legality factor in
development project and material information, the competence factor in achieving
the goals of the project. From these four factors, technical factor in social
behaviour is the most dominant factor.
