Abstract
Komponen pengeluaran yang cukup besar dalam
operasional bisnis penerbangan adalah pemakaian bahan bakar.
Salah satu strategi yang digunakan dalam penghematan biaya
pengeluaran bahan bakar pesawat oleh PT. X adalah fuel
tankering. Dalam penelitian ini dikonstruksikan model fuzzy goal
programming untuk mengetahui banyaknya avtur yang bisa
dibawa pada pelaksanaan tankering dengan studi kasus PT.X, dan
untuk mengetahui biaya minimal yang dikeluarkan untuk
pembelian bahan bakar dan mengetahui saving yang bisa diperoleh
dari satu rute penerbangan. Dari hasil simulasi model, diketahui
nilai tujuan lebih besar dari nilai sisi kanan dan nilai
keanggotaannya nol, sehingga dikatakan pelaksanaan tankering
pada actualnya sudah optimal. Dari hasil perhitungan yang
dilakukan untuk rute Denpasar – Labuan Bajo – Denpasar dengan
pesawat ATR, diperoleh hasil bahwa rute tersebut mampu
membawa extra sebanyak 1240,407 kg. Sehingga rute tersebut
mampu mengoptimalkan extra yang pada actualnya 951 kg.

Sizable expenditure component in the cost of business
operations is the use of fuel. One strategy used in saving aircraft
fuel expenses by PT. X is fuel tankering. One of the airlines that
implementing this strategy is PT. X. In this study constructed a
fuzzy goal programming model to determine the amount of jet fuel
that can be taken on the implementation of the tankering with PT.X
as case studies, to determine the minimal costs incurred for the
purchase of fuel, and to know the saving that can be obtained from
the flight route. From the results of simulations model, has been
known that the value of destination is greather than the value of the
right hand side and its membership is zero, so that the execution
tankering in actually is optimal. From the results of calculations for
the route Denpasar - Labuan Bajo - Denpasar with ATR aircraft,
has been known that the route is capable of carrying as much as
extra 1240.407 kg. So that route is able to optimize the extra in its
actuall 951 kg.
