Abstract

Lahan parkir menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi
pengembang dan pemilik modal. Oleh karena itu pembangunan
struktur bawah menjadi solusi masalah lahan parkir.
Pembangunan struktur bawah tersebut berupa pembangunan
basement.
Hal ini terjadi pada proyek pembangunan Hotel Fave
Ketintang (Surabaya). Dalam perencanaan awal akan dibangun
konstruksi gedung 12 lantai . Namun, ternyata kebutuhan lahan
parkir tesebut masih kurang mencukupi untuk penghunjung hotel.
Sehingga, dibangun basement sebanyak 2 dengan kedalaman
menjadi 6 meter masing-masing basement memiliki tinggi 3
meter.
Tujuan utama dari pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk
merencanakan pembangunan dinding diafragma dari basement
Hotel Fave Ketintang Surabaya dan menerencanakan borepile
sebagai pondasi tiangnya.
Dari berbagai alternatif yang direncanakan, diperoleh
ketebalan dinding 0,5 m dengan kedalaman 10 m. Bored pile
yang digunakan adalah diameter 1,5 dengan kedalaman 24 m.
Adapun metode konstruksi yang dipakai adalah Top-Down
Construction. Dimana pembangunan pelat lantai dimulai daridasar ke bawah sehingga lantai basement 2. Penggalian dilakuan
secara bertahap dengan pelat lantai sebagai penyangga.

owners of capital. Therefore, the construction of down structures
into solution parking problems. The construction of down
structures such as construction basement.
This occurs on development projects Ketintang Fave
Hotel (Surabaya). In the early planning will be built 12-storey
building construction. However, it needs a parking lot proficiency
level is still insufficient to visitor. Thus, built 2 basement at a
depth to 6 meters respectively basement has a height of 3 meters.
The main purpose of the making of this final task is to
plan the construction of diaphragm walls of the basement Fave
Hotel Ketintang Surabaya and design borepile as a foundation
pillar.
Of the various alternatives that are planned, acquired
wall thickness of 0.5 m with a depth of 10 m. Bored pile diameter
used was 1.5 with a depth of 24 m.
The construction method used is a Top-Down
Construction. Where construction of floor slabs starting from the
base to the bottom of basement 2. The excavation was done
gradually with a floor plate as a sturd.
