Abstract

Mandiri mobile adalah sebuah aplikasi layanan perbankan yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh nasabah bank mandiri secara langsung melalui telephone pintar. Mandiri mobile adalah salah satu layanan m-banking dari perbankan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan mobilitas nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan secara elektronik. Dengan adanya mobile banking ini, nasabah dapat melakukan berbagai macam transaksi seperti transfer uang, pembayaran rekening listrik, air, telephone, pembelian pulsa, dan lain sebagainya. Layanan ini sangat berguna untuk menghindari kemungkinan kejahatan dan penipuan yang marak terjadi saat ini. Namun kenyataannya pemerintah diharuskan untuk meningkatkan pengguna mobile banking di tanah air.Penelitian ini meneliti tentang tingkat penerimaan nasabah terhadap aplikasi mandiri mobile dapat dilakukan dengan mengadakan survey yang melibatkan nasabah PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. pada mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember yang telah menggunakan aplikasi mandiri mobile. Model yang digunakan oleh Hun Choi, Yoo-Jung Choi dan Ki-Mun Kim digunakan sebagai model penelitian dan dalam pembentukan kerangka survey mandiri mobile. Selain itu, teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk mengolah data dari hasil survey dengan menggunakan tools lisrel. Hasil menyatakan variabel laten trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction sedangkan usefulness, understandability, enjoyment, dan ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Pihak manajemen Bank Mandiri bisa meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi dari segi ketersediaan panduan penggunaan, tingkat kepercayaan, dan kesenangan pengguna menggunakan aplikasi mandiri mobile. ======================================================================================================================== Mandiri mobile is an application banking service that can be accessed easily by an Bank Mandiri customers directly through a smart phone. Mandiri mobile is one of the m-banking services from banks that are used to improve the mobility of customers in financial transactions electronically. With the mobile banking, customers can perform various transactions such as money transfers, payment of electricity bills, water, telephone, credit purchase, and so forth. This service is very useful to avoid the possibility of crime and fraud are rampant today. But in reality the government is required to improve the mobile banking users in the ground this air.Penelitian researching about the level of customer acceptance of the standalone mobile applications can be done by conducting a survey involving customers PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. at the Institute of Technology students who have self menggunakanaplikasi mobile. The model used by Hun Choi, Yoo-Jung Choi and Kim Ki-Mun used as a research model and the establishment of an independent survey of mobile framework. In addition, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to process the data from the survey by using the tools Lisrel. Results expressed trust latent variables significantly influence satisfaction while usefulness, understandability, enjoyment and ease of use had no significant effect. The management of the bank can improve the quality of applications in terms of user's availability, level of confidence, and delight mobile users using a standalone application.
