Abstract
Pada era ini kebutuhan energi semakin bertambah seiring
dengan bertambahnya konsumen dan tehnologi terutama pada
kebutuhan energy listrik. Sistem distribusi listrik sangat berperan
penting. Semakin banyaknya konsumen menyebabkan bertambah
luasnya jaringan distribusi sehingga dapat menimbulkan rugi-rugi
pada saluran distribusi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini maka dilakukan
penambahan kapasitor dan distribute generation pada jaringan
distribusi. Penambahan kapasitor berfungsi untuk mensuplly daya
reaktif sedangkan penambahan DG berfungsi untuk mensupply daya
aktif pada jaringan. Hal ini diyakini dapat membantu untuk
meminimalkan rugi-rugi yang terjadi pada jaringan. Penempatan dan
penentuan besar dari DG dan kapasitor yang terpasang berpengaruh
pada hasil. Untuk menentukan hal tersebut di gunakan metode GA
(Genetics algorithm) yang merupakan salah satu metode yang sering
digunakan untuk proses optimasi. Sehingga diperoleh rugi saluran
yang minimal.
Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini
dengan sistem distribusi radial IEEE 33 bus didapat penempatan 3
kapasitor pada bus 25,30,12 dan 3 buah DG pada bus 7,30,14. Dari
penempatan didapatkan rugi daya sebesar 14.9299 KW dengan besar
persentase pengurangan sebesar 92.63% dari rugi awal sebesar
202.7 KW.

In this era of growing energy needs in line with increasing
consumer and technology, especially in the electrical energy needs.
Electrical distribution system is very important. The increasing
number of consumers led to increased breadth of the distribution
network so that it can lead to losses in the distribution channel. To
overcome this, the addition of a capacitor and distribute generation
on the distribution network. The addition of capacitors berfunsi to
mensuplly DG reactive power while the addition of functions to
supply the power active on the network. It is believed to help to
minimize the losses that occur on the network. Placement and
determination of the DG and the capacitor are mounted effect on the
outcome. To determine the method used GA (Genetics algorithm),
which is one method that is often used for process optimization.
Thus obtained line losses are minimal.
From the results of tests performed in this study with a
radial distribution system IEEE 33 bus to come by placing 3
capacitors on the bus 25,30,12 and 3 pieces of DG on the bus
7,30,14. Obtained from the placement of the power losses amounted
to 14.9299 KW with a large percentage of reduction of 92.63% of
the initial loss of 202.7 KW.
