Abstract
The availability of material is the main thing that becomes
an important factor to ensure a smooth production process in
the company, control in supply is needed for a good
production. The initial concept for designing inventory
control system, is to determinine the appropriate method of
forecasting material needs. It continued to the calculation of
using EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), Reorder Point
(ROP), and the total annual cost.
The result of analysis on inventory control can reduce the
total annual cost by 0,94%.
