Abstract
Melihat kondisi maritim yang dimiliki Negara Indonesia saat ini, Transportasi Laut
sangat penting dalam pemindahan barang dari pulau ke pulau dan dapat memindahkan manusia
dari pulau ke pulau. Pelabuhan mempunya faktor yang sangat penting, karena pelabuhan Adalah
fungsi pokoknya melayani kegiatan angkutan laut dalam negeri dan internasional, alih muat
angkutan laut dalam negeri dan internasional dalam jumlah besar, dan sebagai tempat asal tujuan
penumpang atau barang, serta angkutan penyeberangan dengan jangkauan antar provinsi. Pada
saat musim mudik salah satu contoh Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Pelabuhan Kalianget mempunyai
peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelayaran transportasi regional terutama hubungan
Kalianget-Kangean yang dapat mendorong peningkatan mobilitas penumpang dan barang.
Dengan perkembangan sektor ekonomi dan pariwisata diperkirakan kebutuhan akan jasa
transportasi dari tahun ketahun akan selalu meningkat. Untuk mengantisipasi keadaan tersebut,
maka pada sistem transportasi penyeberangan diperlukan suatu tambahan operasional yang dapat
membantu saat adanya lonjakan arus mudik seperti musim mudik lebaran. Dalam menangani
lonjakan arus mudik tersebut. Salah satu cara yaitu dapat dengan cara membuat kapal baru tetapi
hanya membantu saat musim mudik saja. Setelah musim mudik selesai kapal tersebut dapat
berubah fungsi menjadi kapal LPG dan kapal Pendistribusi Ikan. Setelah melakukan analisis
Kapal Pendukung lonjakan arus mudik yang dapat menangani arus mudik di pilih berdasarkan
NPV yang paling tinggi dari variasi ukuran kapal dan variasi waktu melayani arus mudik yaitu
terpilih dengan 1 kapal ukuran L=42.02, B=9.89m, H=3.80m, T=1.80 m. dengan jumlah
penumpang 552 orang. Dan kecepatan menggunakan 8.5 knot. Dan Desain kapal pendukung
lonjakan arus mudik menggunakan 2 deck kapal untuk penumpang dan LPG 3kg, kapasitas LPG
11500 tabung serta 1 refeer container untuk menyimpan ikan seberat 8.019 ton.

To see the Indonesia maritime condition at the present, Sea Transportation is very important to
bring and move, not only the goods but also the people from one island to another (among the
islands). The Harbour is one of the important factor because it has the main function that it can
serve the activities of the sea. It uses not only in the country but also for international in a huge
quantity and it is as the spot or the place for the passangers destination or the goods, and it can
also as the sea transportation among the provincies in the up country season the example.
Kalianget harbour has the important role for regional sea transportation especially the retated
between Kalianget to Kangean it can be able to support the upgrading or the raising of the
passangers and goods. The development of economy and tourism sectors can be estimated that
the need of transportation will increase every year. To anticipate the situation the sea
transportation system is needed the increase of operational to help or assists the bump of the up
country like lebaran or the holidays.. There is a way to overcome the increase of the up country
like making the new ships. It is only to help the sea transportation in the peak season like in
lebaran. After the up country finished, the ship can be able to change the function to be Cargo
Ship that carrying lpg tube and fish distribution. After the analizis of the ship to support the
upgrade, it can handle the up country that is chosen based on the highest NPV, the variation sizes
of the ship and the variation service of the up country it is chosen by one of the ship with the size
of L = 42,02 m, B = 9,89 m, H = 3,80 m, T = 1,80 m, and the speed about 8,5 knot. It can be able
to bring the passangers about 552 people. The design of the ship to support the increasing of the
up country that used 2 of the deck of ship for the passanger and 3 kg tube of LPG. The capacity
of LPG is about 11.500 tubes and one of refeer countainers to keep the fish with the weight about
8.019 ton.
