Abstract
Seiring dengan meningkatnya sarana transportasi di
Indonesia, kebutuhan aspal sebagai material perkerasan jalan
pun ikut meningkat. Kebutuhan permintaan aspal di Indonesia
yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya mencapai 1,2 juta ton dan
akan terus meningkat dimasa mendatang. Sementara produksi
aspal dalam negeri pertahunnya kurang lebih 400 ribu ton. Maka
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permintaan aspal dalam negeri,
pemerintah mengimpor aspal langsung dari luar negeri.
Meningkatnya permintaan kebutuhan aspal dalam negeri
sebagian besar terjadi di pulau Jawa, khususnya wilayah bagian
timur dan tengah pulau Jawa. Permintaan aspal yang cukup
besar tidak diimbangi dengan kapasitas dermaga selaku tempat
yang menyediakan layanan awal pendistribusian aspal. Oleh
karena itu, pemerintah berencana menambah kapasitas dermaga
yang diperuntukkan sebagai pendistribusian aspal.
Perencanaan Jetty dibagi menjadi perencanaan layout
perairan dan layout daratan. Hasil analisi perhitungan
kebutuhan dari perencanaan jetty didapat enam Mooring Dolphin
dengan dimensi 4m x 4m , dua Breasting Dolphin 6m x 6m,

Unloading Platform 26m x 12m, Trastle 24m x 4m dan tiga jenis
Catwalk 12m,14m,16m.
Biaya yang diperlukan untuk pembangunan proyek Jetty
Untuk Kapal 12.000 DWT Muatan Aspal Di Kabupaten
Tuban sebesar Rp.29.225.000.000,00 (Dua puluh Sembilan
milyar dua ratus dua puluh lima juta rupiah). Hasil yang
telah dianalisa belum termasuk pekerjaan pengerukan.

Along with the increase of transportation in Indonesia,
asphalt as a road paving material increased, too. The demand of
asphalt in Indonesia continues to increase each year to reach 1.2
million tons and will continue to increase in the future. While the
production of asphalt in the country annually approximately 400
thousand tons. So, to meet the needs of the domestic demand for
asphalt, bitumen is imported directly from abroad.
The increasing demand for asphalt in this country occurs
mostly on Java, particularly the region of eastern and central
parts of Java. The big demand of asphalt is not matched by the
capacity of the pier as a place that provides the initial services for
distribution of asphalt. Therefore, the government plans to
increase the capacity of the pier which is applied as asphalt
distribution.
Jetty plans are divided into water and land layout. The
results of analysis of the planning requirement calculations are
obtained : 6 Mooring Dolphins with dimensions of 4m x 4m, 2
breasting Dolphins 6m x 6m, Unloading Platform 26m x 12m,

Trastle with dimension 24m x 4m and three types Catwalk 12m,
14m, 16m.
The cost required for the construction of 12,000 DWT
Jetty for asphalt cargo vessel in Tuban district is
IDR.29.225.000.000,-(Twenty nine billion two hundred tewnty
five million rupiahs). The calculation results are not contained
the dredging works.
