Abstract
Sistem pengendalian level oil banyak dibutuhkan dalam dunia industri, seperti industri oil and gas dan merupakan salah satu sistem yang berguna untuk kelancaran produksi. Pengendali level oil yang dibuat dengan menerapkan sensor Differensial Pressure Transmitter untuk mengontrol level oil pada mini plant horizontal separator 3 fasa. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan kontrol level agar ketinggian minyak sesuai dengan set point dengan menggunakan sensor D/P Transmitter. Sistem pengendalian yang digunakan yaitu mode kontrol on-off (digital) dengan metode feedback. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu mikrokontroller arduino mega 2560, final control element berupa solenoid valve 2WB-15, dan sensor D/P Transmitter. Dari hasil pengambilan data tugas akhir ini, dilakukan uji sensor pada D/P Transmitter. Selain itu juga didapat nilai output sensor D/P Transmitter pada set point 14 cm sebesar 20,8 mA dengan persentase error sebesar 0,65% dan persentase akurasi sebesar 99,35% dengan nilai ketidakpastian (UA1) dari range 3 cm – 14 cm sebesar 0,0357. Dari hasil perhitungan UA1 dapat disimpulkan bahwa kerja dari sistem dan sensor bekerja dengan baik, sehingga perbandingan antara kenaikan level dengan output sensor berbanding lurus.

Oil level control system is much needed in the industry, such as oil and gas industry and is one useful system for smooth production. Control of oil level made to implement the Differensial Pressure Transmitter for setting the oil level in the three phase horizontal separator. In this final project to design and manufacture so that the height of the oil level control in accordance with the set point by using D/P Transmitter sensor. Control system which use is on-off control mode (digital) in feedback ways. The instrument which used are microcontroller arduino mega 2560, final control element as solenoid valve 2WB-15, and D/P Transmitter sensor. From result of collecting data to this final project, do test the sensor of D/P Transmitter. Beside, also got the output value of D/P Transmitter sensor at the set point 14 cm at 20,8 mA with a percentage of error at 0,65% and an accuracy percentage at 99,35% to the value of uncertainty (UA1) of level range 3 cm – 14 cm by 0,0357. From the result it can be concluded that the calculation UA1 working of the system and the sensor can work well, so that the comparison between the level increase is directly proportional to the sensor output.
