Abstract
Gempa Bumi 7.3 SR pada tahun 2016 terjadi di Kumamoto
Jepang dan telah dilakukan analisa momen tensor dan pola
bidang sesar dari data gempa bumi foreshock dan aftershock
dengan magnitude diatas 5.8 SR dari gempa tersebut. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk menentukan momen tensor, pola bidang
sesar dan slip dari gempa bumi Kumamoto berdasarkan inversi
waveform tiga komponen dengan metode iterasi dekonvolusi
menggunakan program ISOLA-GUI. Dari penelitian ini diketahui
jika gempa Kumamoto tahun 2016 didominasi oleh sesar
mendatar (strike-slip fault). Juga didapatkan sesar normal, sesar
naik akibat geologi regional Kumamoto yang dinamis dan
kompleks. Rentang nilai Momen tensor yang didapatkan dalam
penelitian ini yaitu M11 = 0.220 exp17 sampai 2.226 exp19, M22
= 0.122 exp17 sampai 1.132 exp19, M33 = 0.080 exp17 sampai
0.152 exp19, M31 = 0.061 exp17 sampai 0.045 exp19, M32 =
0.148 exp17 sampai 0.757 exp19, dan M12 = 0.018 exp17 sampai
0.214 exp19. Sedangkan besarnya slip maksimum yang
dihasilkan mencapai 236 meter dengan rata-rata slip sepanjang
60 meter.

A 7.3 Mw earthquake occurred in Kumamoto Japan on
2016. Analysis of moment tensor and fault plane from foreshock
and aftershock earthquakes with magnitude above 5.8 Mw have
been done on this research. Obtaining moment tensor, fault plane
and slip of Kumamoto earthquake by three component waveform
inversion using iteration deconvolution method of ISOLA-GUI
program were the objection of this research. The 2016
Kumamoto earthquakes known that they were mostly caused by
strike slip fault. But it also obtained normal fault and reverse
fault because of the dynamic and complex of Kumamoto’s
geology background. The range value of moment tensor from this
research were M11 = 0.220 exp17 until 2.226 exp19, M22 = 0.122
exp17 until 1.132 exp19, M33 = 0.080 exp17 until 0.152 exp19,
M31 = 0.061 exp17 until 0.045 exp19, M32 = 0.148 exp17 until
0.757 exp19, and M12 = 0.018 exp17 until 0.214 exp19. The
maximum value of slip is 236 meters by the mean value is 60
meters long.
