Abstract

Gagasan awal penulisan perencanaan fasilitas sisi udara
dan terminal bandara internasional Jawa Barat didasarkan pada
keputusan pemerintah untuk membangun bandara di kecamatan
Kertajati kabupaten Majalengka, sebagai solusi untuk
menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di bandara Soekarno Hatta.
Bandara tersebut direncanakan akan mengakomodasi
perpindahan sebanyak 13% dari bandara Soekarno Hatta. Tugas
akhir ini akan menghitung kebutuhan fasilitas sisi udara dan
terminal yang akan digunakan pada tahun rencana yaitu 25
tahun mendatang.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terhadap fasilitas sisi
udara didapatkan panjang runway 3700 m , lebar runway 45 m,
dilengkapi bahu landasan sebesar 7,5 m, dengan arah 30-210,
RESA dimensi 90 m. Lebar taxiway total adalah 25 m dengan
lebar bahu 5 m di setiap sisinya. Sedangkan exit taxiway
direncanakan dengan sudut 900, letak exit taxiway 2174 m dan
3085 m. Apron direncanakan dengan sistem parkir pesawat
menggunakan sistem jari, dengan luas apron 285.915,02 m2.
Perencanaan tebal perkarasan dengan menggunakan software
FAARFIELD. Pekerasan pada runway, taxiway, dan exit taxiway
digunakan flexible pavement, dengan tebal perkerasan total
sebesar 1393,9 mm. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan apron
digunakan rigid pavement, dengan tebal perkerasan total sebesar

682,2 mm. Luasan terminal yang disyaratkan 25.622,98 m2,
terdiri dari terminal domestik seluas 16.019,64 m2 dan terminal
internasional seluas 9603,34 m2.

The initial idea of writing planning facilities airside and
the international airport terminal in West Java is based on the
Government's decision to build the airport in Kertajati,
Majalengka Regency, subdistrict as a solution to resolve a
problem that occurs in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The airport
planned to accommodate the transfer of as much as 13% of
Soekarno Hatta. This final project will calculate the needs of
airside facilities and terminals that will be used in a plan that is
25 years.
Based on the results of the calculation toward facilities
airside runway length 3700 obtained m, width 45 m runway,
completed 7.5 m of runway shoulders, with the direction of the
140-320, RESA dimensions 90 m. Wide taxiways total is 25 m
with a width of 5 m shoulders on each side. While exit taxiways
are planned with 900, exit taxiway layout of 2174 m and 3085 m.
Apron is planned with the aircraft parking system uses a system
of finger, with an area of 285,915.02 m2 apron. Thick perkarasan
planning by using FAARFIELD software. Pekerasan on a
runway, taxiway, and exit taxiway used flexible pavement, with a
total of 1393.9 roughness thickness mm. As for the planning of the
apron used rigid pavement, with a total of 682.2 roughness
thickness mm. the required terminal Area 25,622.98 m2, it
consists of the domestic terminal covering an area of 16,019.64
m2 and 9603.34 m2 m2 international terminal
