Abstract
Informasi cuaca maritim merupakan aspek yang penting dalam keselamatan transportasi di laut. Direktorat KPLP Ditjen Hubla mencatat bahwa dalam rentang waktu 5 tahun dari 2007 hingga 2011 sebanyak 43,6% kecelakaan laut disebabkan karena faktor alam, 28,9% disebabkan karena faktor teknis, dan 27,5% disebabkan karena faktor manusia. Sistem monitoring yang baik dan tepat dilakukan agar dapat memberikan sebuah informasi cuaca maritim secara real time agar faktor alam sebagai penyebab kecelakaan laut dapat berkurang. Penelitian ini berjudul Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Data Cuaca Maritim dan Persebaran Ikan pada Buoyweather tipe II secara Real Time berbasis Android. Hasil penelitiannya adalah sistem monitoring mampu memberikan informasi dengan custom data. Prediksi cuaca maritim setiap 12 jam sekali dan persebaran ikan setiap hari dalam seminggu. Nilai kualitas sistem monitoring sebesar 63% dengan kategori “Baik”. Rata-rata lamanya proses loading data yaitu selama 10.07 detik. Rata-rata waktu paling cepat dalam proses loading data pada jam 21.00-22.00 WIB selama 08.63 detik, sedangkan waktu paling lambat proses loading data pada jam 11.00-12.00 WIB selama 11.07 detik.

Maritime weather information is an important aspect of transportation safety of sea. The directorate of KPLP of the directorate general of Hubla noted that in the span of 5 years from 2007to 2011, 43,6% of marine accidents were caused by natural factors, 28,9% were due to technical factors and 27,5% were by human factors. A good monitoring system is carried out in order to provide real time maritime weather information so that natural factors as a cause of marine accidents can be reduced. This study entitled Design of Data Monitoring System for Maritime Weather and Fish Spread on Buoyweather type II in Real Time based on Android. The results of the research are that the monitoring system is able to provide information with custom data. Maritime weather predictions every 12 hours and distribution of fish every day of the week. The value of the quality of the monitoring system is 63% with the category is “Good”. The average time is the fastest in the data loading process at 21.0022.00 WIB for 08.63 seconds, while the time is the latest data loading process at 11.00-12.00 WIB for 11.07 seconds.
